Just had dinner there with my Fiance and friends. Fantastic service, food was absolutely fantastic! We started off with the Bruschetta, yummy! Five us had the following: Me: Canadian Skillet replacing the scrambled eggs with fried (sunny side up) delicious!! Others ordered, steak & eggs, Beef Sandwich, All you can eat spaghetti & Meatballs, and hamburger and Fries....every dish was delicious. Service was superb and kudos to the chef, told he's fairly new to Troy's Diner, I personally complimented him, excellent job. We will absolutely return, visit from Brampton, not a long drive and even if it were, we'll ALL return!

We genuinely enjoy the food here — no doubt about it. That’s why we visited for the second time in just two months.
Our most recent visit was on September 21, 2025(around 1:45 PM). Unfortunately, this review is 1 star solely because of the hospitality we experienced that day.
I came with my wife and our 7-year-old son. We stayed for about 45–50 minutes and ordered:
1 Canadian Skillet
1 Kid’s Milkshake
2 Coffees
1 Pancake
The bill came to $51.25 + 15% tip.
The problem was not the food — it was the way we were treated. As soon as we finished the skillet and pancake (while my son was still drinking his milkshake and my wife was planning to order another pancake), the server brought the bill without us asking. Within the next seven minutes, the payment terminal was placed on our table without checking if we were ready.
This made us feel rushed and unwelcome. It was disappointing and hurtful — and I couldn’t help but feel that my skin color may have influenced the way we were treated.
I had driven 20 minutes from Georgetown to dine here, but sadly, after this experience, I will not be visiting again.

Crystal and her team catered my god daughter’s party. The food was amazing and the service was great. Thank you !
Everything was great: from the service to the food to the atmosphere. I tried their Canadian Skillet, which was the perfect amount of food without being too much.
If you're in the area and you want some great diner food, check them out!

A Milton institution. Diner atmosphere and great stuff to look at on the walls. Service was great, and the kitchen produces food at a very quick rate. My breakfast was hot, tasty, and the breakfast sausages are huge! This is a must try! I will be back with my family for lunch.

Ordered a Reuben sandwich and it was just okay. On line the price was $18.95, on the menu it was $21,95 on the bill it was $24.95. ?? A thimble sized side of gravy was $2.99. Really Troy?
Good place

3 of us enjoyed a lovely meal during our last visit and are planning to go again tomorrow! We love this place and it’s a must for us when in the area. Food is fabulous and the prices right! Breakfast foods are a favourite of ours but the menu is full so looking forward to trying other items!!! Keep up the good work.
