Got in with my Visa Airport Companion passes. Greeters were kind and efficient. Came on a Tuesday around noon in August and it was very quiet. There’s lots of different kinds of seating to choose from and overall comfy. Washrooms were clean and wifi was fast.

Why only 3 stars?
The selection of food was VERY narrow. Especially for what appeared to be their lunch menu — see videos.

Next time, I’ll take my passes to the Plaza Premium...

Was hesitant initially from the bad google reviews but I'm feeling they might have addressed a number of the issues previously mentioned.

Hot food was great, and tons of cold food, lots of desserts, snacks, and juices/refreshments. Everything tasted good to great. Lots of options for someone gluten intolerant like me (not sure about celiac).

It's pretty tidy. The staff are rotating constantly to pick up dishes, and immediately clean...

This is a lovely lounge but I would not rate it higher than 3 stars in comparison to other lounges in North America in international airports. One side of the lounge is all windows and if one gets a seat there, the view is beautiful. The rest of the lounge is regular tables and chairs with a couple of booths. The buffet options are very limited with just one meat option for the main course. Their wines and alcohol options are also limited and basic.
