Paramount Fine Foods offers a variety of delicious and accommodating options. The falafel wrap is a popular vegan choice, while the soya-based meatless shawarma is also available. Customers praise the tasty shish tawook and the friendly, courteous staff, though the wait time can be long. The restaurant caters well to dietary restrictions, providing vegetarian and vegan options. They serve authentic Middle Eastern food, with chicken shawarma and shish taouk, and their garlic sauce has a great taste. The wraps come with cucumber pickles, not turnip pickles. Customers have noted the great taste, quality, and price of the food, as well as the fast service. The restaurant also offers fresh-baked pita, hummus, moutamarra, fruit bowls, and tabbouleh, making it a great vegetarian-friendly option, especially for those with long airport layovers.
