I haven't been in many Admirals Clubs but this was the worst and has to be close to the bottom. It's small and the food options are terrible. The day I was there, the food options were salad, two soups and dessert. The other clubs I had been in have significantly more options.

What a disgrace of a lounge. The lounge in Chennai that was dilapidated from covid disuse was nicer than this lounge. They have some stale jelly beans, chips, some scary looking soup and not enough seats. We left to sit outside in the terminal as somehow that was nicer.

This review is a little unfair as I forgot I was in Toronto that doesn't really support American airlines, so I should be grateful we had a club here at all. The entrance is next to a huge lineup for another club. AA entrance is off to the side. Found that out after I waited 25 minutes to get in the other place. They have no breakfast to speak of unless you want a piece of fruit. Had to go downstairs, eat, and them come back so I could plug in my laptop. They have about 18 chairs, all with power and a few sitting places by the food. Staff is always excellent, but I'm just very disappointed

Camisha at the Admirals Club truly stood out during my recent visit. Her impeccable service and warm demeanor significantly enhanced my lounge experience. From expertly crafting drinks to providing insightful recommendations, Camisha demonstrated a remarkable level of professionalism. Her attention to detail and genuine friendliness created a welcoming atmosphere that made my time at the American Airlines lounge truly enjoyable. I highly commend Camisha for her exceptional bartending skills and outstanding customer service.

How they can close at 7Pm if there are lots of flights to US after that time

One of the worst Admirals Clubs I’ve been do. Horrible food options. Cold oatmeal, low grade food and utensils. It’s definitely a race to the bottom at this club.

Rude staff, unhelpful and liars. They don't do what they say they will and it may cost you later in the day or on your trip! Do not go to this

Yes, it's as bad as the reviews suggest. The food options are terrible and the food quality is very low. Petrified eggs are the only protein. The oatmeal was cold. It's a small lounge by so are many AC lounges and they have better food options.

It's not fancy...but for a place to sit, have a snack, and use WiFi...it's better than the terminal.

The food is passable, but there's a lack of variety. The same dishes are consistently offered every time I visit the club.

The atmosphere is the best of everything. A much nicer environment to sit and relax than the airport terminal. Here it’s quiet and you can relax and utilize their own Wi-Fi within the lounge.I’m giving it a bad review because the food options are deplorable. This is supposed to be called the “ Admirals Lounge”I’m not asking it to be catered, but when you carry a certain name to imply is “ better than the normal airport terminal”, there should be a certain baseline standard to complement that. I’ve seen better food options in a two star motel.I can’t really comment on the “service” because I wasn’t served anything or had any interaction with the staff. You guys really need to make me believe that having a credit card to give me access to this place is worth it.

This is probably one of the smallest admirals clubs I have visited. As a frequent visitor of this lounge I can say that it is good in the sense that is here but it isn’t necessarily anything to arrive early at the airport to experience. For example the food isn’t as good as most admirals club as the selection is quite limited. Also this lounge gets crowded very easily as it is very small and doesn’t have a ton of seating. The lounge also feels too densely populated with seating which can make it hard to move around. Other than that this lounge also doesn’t have showers which would be useful as many business travelers frequent Toronto. Overall this lounge is alright and worth the visit if you have extra time because there isn’t much to do in the terminal.
