We would like to mention the great service we received upon checking in with Rosario at the front desk. Rosario was so polite, pleasant and very efficient. She worked diligently to get us into a great room quickly and included some lovely perks. Thank you Rosario, you are certainly an asset to the hotel that we love to stay at when travelling through Toronto Pearson.
