Ordering from the QR code/app from the table was super easy – – our server was friendly and attentive, and went out of his way to make our airport meal super enjoyable! Well done. We were not expecting the food to be this good or the service to be as Friendly.
The staff were absolutely amazing! However the check out process to manually enter my CC number complete with security code zip and exp date in an airport setting is absolute bananas on a staff iPad. Not only are you alienating the guests that just want an easy drink after security and make them go thru this process, you are completely ruining the customer service relationship.
