The staff were absolutely amazing! However the check out process to manually enter my CC number complete with security code zip and exp date in an airport setting is absolute bananas on a staff iPad. Not only are you alienating the guests that just want an easy drink after security and make them go thru this process, you are completely ruining the customer service relationship. We had a lovely experience dining here while waiting for our flight, our server Rozaina was awesome, super attentive towards us while answering any questions we had. Very warm and friendly. Our food was quite nice too but overall service was excellent, we’d recommend!
Great open restaurant at Toronto airport. Open place to sit and enjoy. Every table has multiple charging spots, food can be ordered from table, great food options. Great service..lounge like experience..
