Mediocre across the board. Order was misplaced. Stood around in plain site for too long. When order was found, it was unceremoniously dumped into a bowl without a word and handed over. Aren’t you sorry I am working here seemed to be the theme.
Food was delicious as always, but this is the second time I order a pad Thai spicy and it wasn’t spicy at all. Does spicy exist at this place?
Ordered the vegan pad Thai and it turned out really good. I was wary of going here because of the mixed reviews but glad I took a chance. They have a few vegan options.

Thai Express Restaurant Toronto offers decent quality food with generous portions, although it can be slightly sweeter than expected. The location is clean and the service is generally good, with friendly cashiers. The food was good and freshly made. The Tom yum with prawn soup, made into Tom Kha with added chicken, green onion, broccoli, and Thai basil, was a really tasty soup with rice noodles, mild Tom yum spices, and lots of veggies. The Yellow curry #3 with chicken tasted good. The container design, however, was poor.
