Disappointed with the ordered food. This was our first time trying this restaurant. We ordered dahi papdi which rarely had dahi (very dry) and the schezewan chicken roll which had huge chunks of raw onion not cooked properly causing a bitter taste. For the amount of money spent, the food quality/taste was not at all good.
The place itself is very nice and spacious. But there were a lot of food chunks (big bread pieces) lying on the ground, but no one cared enough to clean them. I must add here that there were only 3 families there, besides mine. So the staff was not too busy. I was really looking forward to visit Mumbai Frankie, and tried Veg potato frankie, Paneer potato frankie, egg frankie and sandwich. The food was good. No complaints. But they need to work on cleanliness and hygiene practices.
The sandwich was not that good it had no chutney in it and was so dry
Nice đ experience. Was Worth it.
I had ordered Vada Pav from this place(Uber Eats Delivery).
When we opened the Vada Pav container, the whole thing was disheveled.
We still looked the other way. And as we tried to put it together, we got to know that the Vada was so hard that we couldnât even break it with our hands. When one of the âVadaâ finally broke we got to know that it wasnât even Vada, it was Kachori.
So after I logged a complaint in Uber Eats, I called the restaurant just to let them know about the problem in our order. When I told the guy on the phone about the Vada situation, the guy said : I am not from Mumbai so I donât know what a Vada is. And then he laughed in a mocking manner. I still kept my calm and explained the whole situation in detail while he was smirking in the background and I could hear him smirk and lastly he said that he would talk about it to the people who made it and again laughed.
I wasnât joking. What was he laughing about?
Extremely disappointed.
I had high hopes but it's average. Food quality is good and a bit on the spicy side but I would love to have less chilli and more spice. Service is really bad. I understand the staff can get exhausted if there is a lot of traffic coming in but being hospitable is a key to good service. All in all it's average.
Been here so many times and absolutely love their Frankie. It has very rooted taste and perfect blend of spices. It definitely takes me to Bombay âMumbaiâ .
The food here is definitely above average. The service is also decent.
Their food is really basic, if you're someone who makes snacks at home, then it's not worth spending here because the food has very mediocre taste and nothing extraordinary. Which is okay but the prices for the standard of the food is not reasonable. Customer service was very lackluster.

The worst food I ever had I ordered vada pav and Bombay sandwich. Vada in the pav was like a week old, so hard it got stuck in our throats it was literally inedible. And Bombay sandwich was nothing just bread filled with boiled potatoes and for these two things we paid whooping $29. Never visiting here again.

Again Same disclaimer.Review is Subject to my point of view and my experience, you can have a different experience on any given day at any given point.Food was above my expectations!Since arriving in Canada, I am frankly a bit skeptical on the idea of eating from outside due to multiple bad experiences. Spending money on experience is not my thing, if you eat out, no matter how good the "Vibe", "Ambience" and "Crowd" is, food still has to be good. So this box was checked here!We went on a Thursday afternoon so the place was not at all crowded. The cleanliness was great and the staff was friendly! So all our checkboxes were ticked in the right manner.Would revisit again!

Great spot, my second time visiting Mississauga and coming down to this spot. The Frankies are spot on and refreshes memories for anyone who has had Frankies in Mumbai or rolls in Delhi. The Bombay monsoon masala chai is also refreshing with it's flavors. I tried the chicken schezwan cheese Frankie and the spice level was perfect and left my taste buds wanting for more.

I didnât like the taste at all. Mumbai food is full of flavours, it was not the case here. I ordered the Bombay sandwich which was dry, not served with any dipping either, and was not CHATPATA at all as the Bombay sandwich is. Talking about the paneer chill roll, again canât feel the chilli or any other flavour.
