I came with my friend at the end of the day to get some take out chicken while the crew was closing. They let us in, even though they were cleaning, they provide very professional customer service. I was very impressed! Chicken tasted heavenly! Thank you!

Food is good but since a food reviewer made a video about them , they get more busy especially on weekends, they start to be rude to customers, being busy doesn't mean to not act nicely

Really good peri-peri chicken and they also serve a variety of fish dishes . Authentic Portuguese food. Good value.

Saw the black guy behind counter wipe his gloves with paper towels, instead of just getting new ones. Then watched him wipe his sweat off over the counter with a paper towel with the same greasy gloves, then fold it inward touching what he just wiped, then watched him handle food containers, kitchen tools and food after. I know it's hot in there but come on. Gross. The accumulation of grease and the massive pile of boxed Canola oil was also not impressive. Guess they use canola for everything. Also way too many people doing nothing whole the lineup gets bigger and bigger. The food was good but didn't want to finish it to not compromise my health. Drove out of my way to try but just waiting in line and seeing the behind the counter makes me not want to go back.

The food is very similar to Mario's which serves Portuguese style dishes.
The food tastes great and the prices are affordable.
It was my first visit and will update this review after my other visits.

The chicken was flavorful and well cooked, and the portions were satisfying.

However, be prepared for a long wait. The restaurant gets extremely busy, and the lineups can take quite a while, even during regular hours. The dining area can also feel uncomfortable since there is no air conditioning, especially on hot days.

Personally, I would recommend ordering takeout rather than dining in. While the food is good, I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re short on time or don’t have the patience to wait in long lines. Overall, it’s worth a try for the food, but the experience could be improved with better crowd management and a more comfortable dining environment.

Got 2 half chicken meals w/ rice and potatoes and hot sauce for family. As well as a side of potatoes w/rice for another time. Great flavour, very filling and the portions are large.

Such a busy place on a weekday afternoon. Lineup for around 10 mins and got the order. Inside is really hot and AC is not working, feel bad about the staff working there.

It’s too busy, they forgot our sausage order but offered a refund quickly.

Chicken is juicy and love their side potatoes!
Grilled veggie is cold and not fresh, I guess no one ordering that. Almost everyone is choosing potato and rice, so they got refilled really fresh.

Price is lower than average.

First time trying, the place was packed. Fantastic potatoes and chicken, worth the wait. Very hardworking and pleasant staff.

Hands Down Best portuguese chicken we've had in the city!We came during fathers day and it was so packed and people lined up but the service and the quality of the food was amazing will recommend to anyone.10/10

Brassa has more to offer than rotisserie BBQ chicken. Racks is ribs are also offered on their menu. Expect a line up outside the door when you arrive. Parking inside the plaza is limited, so don't arrive at the last minute. I ordered the individual half chicken combo with two sides. You really get your money's worth and a fully satisfied belly.
