They were nice in explaining the drinks but ultimately it wasn’t worth the price . I got roasted milk bubble tea. There was no tea flavor, the boba wasn’t the best texture and tasted kinda earthy. I would skip this and try another spot

Listen, I don’t tip when I order for take out. In this economy, I don’t think a lot of us do. So when I was handed the POS terminal and chose 0%, I didn’t expect to have my drinks diluted and made wrong. Made me want to buy the new translating AirPods so I could hear their plans to destroy my drinks. But anyways, threw the drinks in the sink. I didn’t know I was gambling my $16 drinks because I didn’t want to pay an extra $2.

I visited this location yesterday evening. I had my 2-month baby with me in her car seat that I was carrying. The workers didn’t say much, but offered the minimum in terms of communication - they asked what size drink I wanted and if I wanted to add something to the drink. When I left, as I passed through the door, I dropped my drink. I brought the cracked cup right back in (it had half of the drink remaining) and told the two staff members that I just dropped my drink outside their door and then asked for another cup. The male staff said sorry about my drink and went to the back of the store. The female worker instructed me to throw out my drink and indicated where the garbage bin was. I asked again for another cup and I was informed to throw out my drink again. I went to the counter and asked for some napkins since my baby’s car seat got splashed on by the drink. The staff just looked uncomfortable. I asked again for a napkin and she looked confused then reached for a napkin after I said the car seat got wet and I wanted to wipe it off. I then had to order and pay for a remake.
I would have preferred if they gave me an empty cup for the rest of my drink. I wouldn’t have minded paying for a new drink if I wasn’t instructed to throw out the half drink I had. But since I was told to throw out my drink, I didn’t think I would have had to pay for a new drink.

I've gone to this place 3 times. Every time, there was only 1 lady working, and she does everything: cleaning, restocking, checking out, making drinks etc. So naturally, the service was very slow. To the owner/manager: please hire some help!

we went to this store, bought 2 drinks smootie and qq. when we were ordering the smoothie the cashier asked how much sugar and ice so we responded saying what we wanted then suddenly the cashier said oh it’s not adjustable LOL, she was rude and rushing to get the order done. We both order ed 100% sugar but when we tasted the drinks it was just WATER!!!

Had a Hazelnut Tea and a Peach Tea and they were flavorless. The Hazelnut tasted like milk. Just milk. Peach Tea was watered down compared to other locations.
