I went in for lunch during the weekday mid-afternoon and was able to get a seat right away. Normally, you would have to sign up to be on the waitlist during their peak lunch/dinner hours. Parking lot wise, it can get busy but you'll eventually be able to find a spot if you're patient enough.I ordered the 'Black Garlic Tonkotsu' ramen (without the bok choy) and chicken karrage. Really tasty ramen restaurant with a variety of ramen styles. I'm really happy to see a place where broths and protein can be replaced from a pork based to chicken based. I can't wait to visit again to try the other flavours!
