“I just want to take a moment to appreciate all the staff members who were working today. They handled everything so calmly and professionally despite the rush. There was a huge lineup for the $1.93 sandwiches, and even though we waited about 40 minutes for our order, it was totally worth it!

I genuinely felt bad for the employees at the cash—some customers were being impatient and raising their voices, but the team stayed composed and respectful throughout. Honestly, such a great deal was bound to attract a big crowd, so the wait was understandable.

“Today I went to Pelicana Chicken for the first time. The atmosphere was OK. But the service and food made up for it. The service was really good and fast. All the food came within 5-10 minutes. The food tasted really good, too. The signature pelicana seasoned chicken was really good. The meat was juicy. The skin was really crispy/crunchy. The calamari rings were really cheesy and delicious. The skin was also really crispy/crunchy once again. But the cheese or whatever it's called was kind of stuck. But overall, I'd recommend going to Pelicana Chicken! That's all I have to say!“

“If you have never been to Mysore/Bangalore in Karnataka, India, then don't worry, you can experience the same taste at Mysore Darshini. It is a small eatery, very simple decor. They have both veg and non-veg options to choose from. Their medu vadas are a class on its own. My favourite are the dosas which are cooked to perfection. My kids love the mutton dishes which are very flavourful. We have tried many items and each dish tastes amazing. Shailendra is the owner and chef and takes pride in his dishes. Each item is brought to the table piping hot. We can't wait for our next visit once the lockdowns are lifted. Shailendra definitely makes us feel at home.“

“Visited the place in January 2025 and it was really fun. The place is huge and it takes around 90 mins to cover all the spots.

It's more like different themes such as areas decorated for horses, spiders, deer, and many more. There was one area full of Chinese or South East Asia culture, one for India and one for middle eastern style. There was a spot which was very romantic and it was so superbly decorated.

There were some warm heated resting rooms (indoor) in case you want to take a break. That place also had children play stuff which was good.

The parking was huge and free so you don't need to worry about it. Washroom facilities were available at different spots so that was also remarkable. With or without kids it's fun. Overall it was worth spending time.

The only thing which I didn't like is the service charges on top of the ticket when you buy online. It was around $4 per ticket as service charges which was a total rip off and was so bad to see..if you buy say 5 tickets then you pay around $20 as service charges after you pay for tickets and HST.

Management should remove this nonsense fee asap.“

“This is my favourite fried chicken, always perfectly tendered and crispy. The spice recipe is unparalleled whether milde or hot. The standard meals are in good portions, however, there should be a choice of 5 and 6 pieces portions available for the chicken lovers rather than ordering 2 smaller portions. At this location the parking is easy and ample. The store is accessible from the mall is well which makes it convenient for the shoppers. The service is fast and the team members are welcoming and friendly. I would highly recommend it to you.“

“Stopped in to satisfy a fried chicken craving. Ended up getting a fired chicken and jerk chicken half n half combo on beans and rice. Serving was good size for $22. The chicken was lovely and moist with great flavours. They added a sweet kind of plum sauce with the fried chicken. Haven't seen that before but loved it! Gave me a side of coleslaw also and it was so creamy. Not watery lettuce like you get in a lot of places. All in all. Top marks 👌“

“I had an amazing experience at Popeyes recently, thanks to Associate Shohit, who provided exceptional service to our large group of 13 people. Managing a group of that size can be tricky, especially at a fast-paced place like Popeyes, but Shohit made it look effortless.

From the moment we walked in, Shohit greeted us with a friendly smile and immediately took charge. He made sure we were comfortably settled, and despite the busy lunch rush, he managed to get our large order in without any issues. He was patient, efficient, and made sure we were all taken care of right away.

What really impressed me was Shohit’s knowledge of the menu. He took the time to ask if anyone had any special preferences or dietary restrictions (which we had a few), and he recommended items based on our tastes. He suggested some of their best-selling combos and even added a few extras that everyone ended up loving. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as we ordered, no mistakes, no delays, which is pretty rare when ordering for such a big group.

Throughout our meal, Shohit continued to check on us regularly, making sure that we had enough condiments, napkins, and refills. I could see he was juggling multiple tables, but he never seemed overwhelmed. His calm and friendly demeanor really stood out. Even when we had a few last-minute additions to our order or special requests, Shohit handled everything with ease and made us feel like we were his top priority.

It’s not often that you get such personalized attention at a fast food restaurant, but Shohit went above and beyond to ensure that everyone in our group had a great experience. He really made our visit to Popeyes memorable, and his dedication to providing top-notch service was evident every step of the way.

The food itself was, of course, delicious, hot, crispy chicken, flavorful sides, and perfectly seasoned biscuits. But the real highlight was Shohit’s impeccable service. We left feeling well taken care of and more than satisfied with our meal.

“I went there during the week at about 9:30 pm and they were out of mild chicken and I didn't want spicy. Gurpreet was very kind and said she could do the mild chicken for me but would be a little wait which I did not mind. She was very polite and made sure i got what I wanted. The chicken was hot and crispy. Ivjot was also nice. i asked for their hours and they told me that they open late Friday and Saturday nights which I wasn't aware. Overall the store looked very clean and as I said staff was pleasant. I don't eat fried foods to open but this was a very nice treat. Thank you Gurpreet and Ivjot for your service.“

I recently visited Popeyes and was really impressed. The chicken was crispy, juicy, and full of flavor — exactly what you’d hope for from a fried chicken spot. The Cajun fries were hot and seasoned perfectly, and the biscuit was soft and buttery. The staff was friendly and my order was ready quickly. I also appreciate how clean the location was. “I have been to a lot of Popeyes restaurants but this truly is one of my favourites. The staff is amazing food is great. I ordered my food and before I even payed I received my food just amazing. I will recommend this place to any of my friends and especially to you the internet world. The food is fresh and that's rare for a fast food restaurant. I bet you're thinking do I need to say more, well yes I do it's just that good of a place. The outside was free of cigarette butts the washrooms were well taken care of and the dinning room was clean what more could you ask for. “I’ve visited this location quite a number of times throughout this year and it’s always super clean. Absolutely love that they are wearing gloves while preparing the food, and even hairnets to cover beards.

This location is much cleaner than the square one location, and the quality of the chicken is good.“
