If I could give this place a zero I would. We waited over 20 minutes after being seat for someone to take our drink order after we waved someone down. Once we were served our apps, the server never came back to take our main dish order and once again had to ask if someone was assigned to our section. The food was mediocre at best and for a $34 steak, I’ve had way better. The potato’s were instant mash (cold and super flakey) and the steak was very bland. If they were busy I would have understood to some degree the lack of attentiveness but it was quiet when we arrived.

Worst experience I had compared to any other restaurant since we came to Canada years ago.1- plates were dirty. They had dirty finger prints.2- table and couch were dirty as well.3- lettuces in Ceaser salad were so soggy from the abnormal amount of dressing and cause of that, it was to salty.4- I asked for a "well done" meat, it came with blood and they took 15 minutes to bring it back.5- the worst of everything, one of the servers didn't stop scratching his armpit while working.Ll never visit again or recommend it.

We were 2 people. We came and the greeter mention there are no tables there is waiting of 45 mins. But the tables were empty. They were picking and choosing people they want. Pathetic service.

We ended up seating ourselves cause no one bothered to greet us or help us that alone should have been a warning sign. I get its half off appetizers but the food came out cold. Ordered cheese fries they came out with barley and cheese and were completely burnt and cold by the time they came to my table we didn’t even bother to eat them.The wings were dry even though they were suppose to be sauced. I get it was busy but just very poor Service . Don’t think we will be back.

The overall experience was good. Plenty of vegetarian options to choose from. We had bruschetta, mozzarella sticks, loaded fries and pasta for the baby from the kids menu.The food was hot and tasty. The staff was polite and helpful. The place was clean too.Vegetarian options: A lot of vegetarian options, and also can customize some plates. They remove meat and help us to get it all vegetarian

My colleagues and I recently dined at Chuck’s Roadhouse Bar and Grill, and it was an absolute delight! Had a small group attend. Service was poor. Food ok nothing to rave about. Will not return as a group to any of this franchise. Why? The 3 percent honest to goodness fee to keep prices low is a joke. Many restaurants have similar prices not everyone looking for alcohol. There was a mandatory service fee of 20 percent per bill. Plus obviously they expected a further tip! Crazy

I didnt mind the wait but I was very specific on how I wanted my steak and I got the total opposite. i said well done and it was medium rare. Also, I upgraded to sweet potatoes fries and didn't finish them and they gave regular fries because they were doing over the steak that they messed up. That's the excuse Harshit gave
