Worse customer service ever also they are not clean they were cleaning the tables and the other staff and they serve the food with out washing the hands never going back to this location ever

I will definitely not be going back to this location ever again, worst customer service ever in my life.

I called and placed an order for pick up, asked for the total balance including tax, I got there to pick up my order 15 minutes after.
The place wasn’t busy at all, the foods racks were full but my order wasn’t made or attempted to be made and then price I was given was incorrect.

The customer service attitude when I brought these points were very poor. The experience I had definitely isn’t up to standards for a fast food restaurant, I was born and grew up in Toronto as I live downtown and always order fast food like this.

It’s a shame Churches Chicken 3355 Hurontario, Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Please do better it’s not hard to at all.

I always order the spicy chicken because it tastes way better than the normal one. The biscuit is great and it is still a good deal. The wait time is acceptable and will come back very soon.

Ordered Tek Supreme Sandwich Combo and received only sandwiches with drink no fries. Sandwich looks someone just smashed it. It was not even busy at all only two people was there whole time. Poor service

The treatment and service were poor and they didn't change the frying oil the fries were bad because of the poor-quality oil, and the staff treated customers without respect

The staff is incredibly rude and obviously didn't want to be there. The restaurant was empty, no customers besides the 3 people that were working there. They had Punjabi music blasting as if they were at a rave in the middle of the day. They claimed it would take them 40 minutes to make spicy chicken pieces. When i inquired about their special deals for the day of the week, they had no idea and had to ask each other before they eventually looked online. To cook fillet for a sandwich, they claimed 20 mins. I told them I was willing to wait for them to cook and the cashier visibly looked annoyed. I stopped by this restaurant because it was convenient for me on my drive home from work but never again. The staff is so rude and lack basic mannerism & customer service skills.

Hi, I’m a regular customer, and I wanted to share some feedback. Recently, my sister ordered a Tender Wrap, and we noticed that it was much thinner than it used to be. In the past, the wrap was bigger and had better quality.
Another concern is that the chicken inside the wrap was undercooked. This has happened twice now, which is disappointing. She also ordered fries, but they tasted like the cooking oil hadn’t been changed in a long time.
I hope you can improve both the quality and quantity of the food, especially since customers are paying full price and expect a good experience. Thank you for taking this feedback into consideration.

Unclear about timing came on Wednesday around 12pm doors locked and tried calling few times went straight to voicemail? Not sure about timings of store !?

Horrible experience, the wait time was 45 mins. I understand the team was short staffed but customers who arrived after me were served and I was waiting for quite some time. The store manager should really be considerate with their scheduling. Awful experience.

I was at this location to pick up an order when a homeless man walked in. The staff literally chased/threw him out saying that he's a regular.....how much poorer can the owners get by giving him 2 pieces of chicken???? Seeing their behaviour, I'll NEVER EVER go there again.
