Location smells bad inside. And this was the LONGEST I’ve waited for bubble tea. Over 35 min wait for my pickup order. I came inside about 15 mins after ordering to find out it’s not ready and then in total waited 40 minutes to receive 2 drinks… ridiculous.

Good mango green tea with crystal pearls! For CoCo Tea I always recommend maximum 50% sugar. I personally go with 0% for the fruit drinks because it tastes better to me, but be warned that full sugar is very very sweet.

We waited 30 mins from the time we ordered until we received our drinks and there was only 6 other customers drinks made in that time. The 3 staff moved incredibly slow and did not seem to care that there were lots of customers waiting. There was also a line of of 9 customers behind who had not ordered by the time we received our drinks. Once the drinks were ready, there was no acknowledgement or announcement that the drinks were ready, we grabbed them from behind the counter because we could not wait any longer. Terrible service

Good fresh ingredients! Clean atmosphere. The lychee green tea had entire lychees in it. It wasnt super busy, but it still took almost 30 min to get 4 drinks. If you've got time and patience, this is a good bubble tea option!

For the times I have been there the service is fantastic, the drinks are affordable and they taste amazing. The staff are hard working and kind, highly recommend! Drinks I personally recommend:- Lemon winter melon- Brown sugar pearl latte- Bubble Gaga- Mango Yakult- Jasmine Milk tea
