love the bubble tea ,always so delicious ,sometimes it’s a long wait, what could improve would be to make the cup sizes bigger and add more toppings. overall very good place❤
Delicious. Loved there original milk tea boba. Very refreshing on a hot summer day.
I come here for the Chunky Mango 🥭 😋

CoCo Bubble Tea in Nepean, Ottawa, has a mixed reputation among its customers. While many praise the quality of the drinks, including favorites like regular milk tea with less sugar and strawberry latte, others express concerns about the overall atmosphere. The restaurant is noted for having a very unwelcoming vibe, lacking music, and having empty shelves that typically feature board games and books. Customers also report a strong, unpleasant smell inside, which makes them question the cleanliness of the place. Although the staff has been described as friendly, there are complaints about long wait times and a preference for online ordering to avoid staff interactions. Some customers find the bubble tea sweeter than at other locations, and while the drinks are enjoyable, the environment may detract from the overall experience. Despite these issues, CoCo Bubble Tea remains a favorite spot for some, particularly for studying late into the night.
