Received three drinks in a bag with no tray to secure them, when I reached to pick them up they tipped over and exploded on the ground. Just got blank stares instead of any offer to remake them. I'll just consider it to be a $14 cleaning fee and just not take drinks to go from Coco anymore.

Coco here saves me the hassle of traveling all the way downtown just to get my bubble tea fix. This location is small but cute, exuding a charming and cozy atmosphere that makes it a delightful spot to hang out.
The staff here are incredibly friendly, always greeting customers with warm smiles and providing efficient service. They make every visit enjoyable and hassle-free. I've never encountered any issues at this location, which adds to the overall positive experience.
Of course, the highlight is the Coco bubble tea itself—one of the best in the city, in my opinion. The drinks are consistently delicious, with a perfect balance of flavors and just the right amount of sweetness. Whether I'm in the mood for classic milk tea or one of their fruitier options, Coco never disappoints.
Having this convenient location in the east end means I can easily pop in whenever I have a craving. I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for great bubble tea and excellent service. 😊

I think this place is great and convenient for me to get a tasty drink! Though the customer service feeling extremely unwelcoming. Staff there can feel hostile when ordering.

The famous bubble tea from Taiwan! Good drinks but the menu is super confusing. People take too long to order. The price is okay, not great. My favorite is taro all the way. The slushie version is great for the hot summer. I do think the layout and flow from ordering to waiting for your drinks is not smooth so people often stand in the way.

Went for a promotion starting from Sept 16-22. The promo includes a coupon. Went on the first day (16th) around 3ish and they told me the coupons are gone (all given out). 7 days of promotion and all coupons given away on first day, really? I went to another location two days later and they had the coupon. A friend of mine went to another location on the 18th and she got a coupon.

i’ve been here plenty of times with my mom or just myself and i’ve never had a bad drink from them, they did unfortunately stop serving the caramel milk but it just means i have to order new drinks from them :]
Our favourite spot for bubble tea in the East End! The customization options are fantastic, and the service is quick and friendly. Last time we visited, I left my phone on the bench, and the team helped me retrieve it. Such kind and helpful staff!

Washroom is closed, I asked if the kids can wash their hands to the cashier and she ignored my question.Order a chocolate milk tea, it was basically powder with water, and the after taste was sour.Dear owner:1. Please post a picture of the non caffeinated menu that’s in place in front of the cashier on a lower table, it’s printed on a piece of white paper that listed all the drinks that are non caffeinated. To your surprise, you will find Chocolate Milk Tea on it :)2. Thanks for pointing out there is a Chatime, we will go there for next timeTo everyone else who is looking to get bubble tea in the neighbourhood, go somewhere else. I didn’t think having the washroom closed or making a bad drink was a big deal, but the owner’s attitude towards the business as shown in the response said it all…

CoCo’s Fresh Tea and Juice is our favourite place for bubble tea and fresh fruit juices! This location is consistently good in both products and service.The ladies who work the counter here are the sweetest! One complimented my hair and they are very prompt with their service. I was in a short line on the weekend and the ladies made everyone’s drinks super fast so there was barely any waiting.My go-to is their Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha Milk Tea. It is so satisfying and the pearls are always so fresh and chewy. I find myself often craving this drink at work, it’s that good! My fiancé loves their Strawberry Slush for its smooth finish and fresh strawberry flavour!I highly recommend this CoCo’s location for your bubble tea, slush and fruit juice cravings!
