CoCo’s Fresh Tea and Juice is our favourite place for bubble tea and fresh fruit juices! This location is consistently good in both products and service. The ladies who work the counter here are the sweetest! One complimented my hair and they are very prompt with their service. I was in a short line on the weekend and the ladies made everyone’s drinks super fast so there was barely any waiting. My go-to is their Brown Sugar Pearl Matcha Milk Tea. It is so satisfying and the pearls are always so fresh and chewy. I find myself often craving this drink at work, it’s that good! My fiancé loves their Strawberry Slush for its smooth finish and fresh strawberry flavour!I highly recommend this CoCo’s location for your bubble tea, slush and fruit juice cravings!Kid-friendliness: There are lots of fresh fruit juice options and sweet slushes that kids will love!

I wish they customized a drink the way other locations do. This is my second time visiting CoCo and it is not bad. They have creative drinks and the staff was very nice.

Kini and Ayung were so friendly and knowledgeable about everything bubble teas! I love their drinks because I’m lactose intolerant and they always use a good creamy substitute.Their most popular drink it’s perhaps, Bubble Gaga. We always get them customized to our like.. 30% sugar and no ice and it’s just soo refreshing, and fun to drink. YOU must check them out to understand what I’m talking about.

Great selections and lot of options when it comes to toppings. Visited 6 times in last 2 weeks. From this experience let me tell you the service is too slow. Need to hire more people during noon and evenings.

First time at this location and redeemed my points for a drink. This was the first time and only location that has ever said the redeemed drink can only be limited to one topping so I made like a <$1 transaction for the second topping. I've since been to other Coco locations and redeemed points for a drink with multiple toppings. Not sure what's up with this location. It's also a bit dirty.

I come in today at 6:10 PM and look for the summer deal Brown Sugar Milk tea! They were out of pearl, but they were look so confused when saying that, no notice sight! And the girl was mixing drink in the back have bad attitude and saying things other cashier, instead of saying to customer "Sorry, we out of pearl, would you like something else?". Usually I know that never expect better service at bubble tea shop, but seem like they don't need customers! Hopefully they will learn how to serve and sale better since a lot of franchise opens around this location.

Recently, Fantuan was offering a limited number of bubble tea flavours for a cent at certain CoCo Fresh Tea and Juice stores. Such a steal! I had taken advantage of this deal at the CoCo by York University. On Sunday, after a fun time at the Botanical Expo at Evergreen Brick Works, I felt like getting this deal on its final day. I did a search on the Fantuan app and this CoCo in the Riverdale-Leslieville area was the closest one. Perfect!I got the following large bubble teas:- Strawberry black tea ($0.01) with coconut jelly ($0.60)- Lemon green teaI got both teas with no sugar and less ice. It's my usual. This CoCo is diagonally across from Gerrard Square. It's on the southeast corner of Gerrard Street East and Marjory Avenue. I used to spend a lot of time along this stretch of Gerrard Street East years ago. It has definitely changed! My original thought was to try and park along Gerrard. There weren't any spots. Instead, I cycled around the block and drove northbound on Marjory (it's a one-way street). I parked next to CoCo just before I got to Gerrard. There's a side entrance to CoCo on Marjory. Since it was my first time at this store, I decided to go through the main door. If you require accessibility help to get in and out of this store, you are out of luck. The store's construction is old, so there are only steps to get in and out of the store.I had the nicest woman help me out at the counter. I let her know that I had a Fantuan order. I rattled off the last three digits of my order number. She nodded and picked up a bag that was next to her. She handed it over to me with a huge smile.I thanked her for my order and wished her a great day. She reciprocated. This store does not have any seating to sit down and enjoy your beverage. I reckon that it used to before the pandemic. There's lots of space where the orange-lit CoCo logo is. I'm sure that there was seating in that area.I'm also pretty sure that this location was where Grinder Coffee was before CoCo took over. Although sad that the cafe closed, it's nice to see a bubble tea joint in this area.I had the strawberry black tea as I drove home. It's my favourite drink. This drink is made consistently no matter which CoCo location I visit. I loved the strawberries and how naturally sweet they were. The black tea was perfect. I always enjoy coconut jelly in this drink. So good!I had the lemon green tea the following day. I love the tart lemon with the green tea. It's such a refreshing drink.I dig this store. When I'm in the area again and feel like bubble tea, I'll return to this store for my fix.(195)

For the love of god hire more people in the summer. Two ladies are generally quite lovely but there was a line almost out the door today and one of them screwed up three orders in a row and was quite flustered. First order was a large that she had made as a medium, second one she confused with the third one (was a mango medium slush and a taro milk tea with tapioca, respectively - she had made a taro slush without tapioca instead).Noticeably frazzled - and I don’t blame her for the frustration and the attitude, because it’s stressful and not her fault at all. But for the business owners - please please do these girls a favour and hire them some additional help.

Coco is a very delicious bubble tea shop but they need more variety. Coco is just straightforward bubble tea. Nothing to it.It would be great if they put cheese milk foam or whipped cream on top of their drinks. Also recommend adding more drinks to your menu. Overall, Coco is a great place <3
