I come to this location regularly and the bubble tea is always consistent and delicious. I’ve also put in large orders a few times here for big events. The drinks are well prepared and ready on time. Yaya is especially helpful. Thank you!
Picked up a medium '3 Guys' with red bean and tapioca (30% sugar, less ice) for a dear friend who really enjoyed it. However, the toppings ratio was off this time, there were much fewer red beans than expected, and easily a good 1/4 cup of boba instead.
“I paid extra for the red bean topping, but unfortunately it was missing from my drink. In addition, the drink tasted much weaker and different compared to my previous visits. I’m not sure whether it was due to the tea itself or the preparation, but the flavor was not as good as usual. I hope the store can pay closer attention to orders and maintain more consistent quality. Thank you.”
