The 2 ladies working here are so nice. They let me order the Chocolate Milk Tea even tho it’s not on their menu. It’s my wife’s go to drink that is why it’s a must for me to get it Haha
That’s why I will only go to this place and not in any other Coco anymore.
This place has excellent customer service and courteous workers. I give this place's employees five stars.
Horrible customer service, cashier was very rude and when told the order was wrong she said that it was what i ordered.
Consistency of taro drink changed. I asked the employees about it and they chuckled and continued to gossip with the other employees saying that the item had no issues.
I waited for the staff member to address me so that I could place my order, but she was staring down. So I said hi, how are you. She simply said: wait and then started tapping on a screen for a minute. Then looked up and said ok. Very rude and not customer focused or friendly. A very transactional experience getting a drink. Never going back.
I am a regular customer here. However, I recently had an unpleasant experience with a young, rude cashier.
The store has a Christmas promotion that offers a free cloth sleeve holder for your drinks, along with a paper ornament that states when you can use a discount. Last month, I returned to redeem the discount, but the cashier told me the paper ornament was not valid and that I needed to bring the cloth holder instead.
I find this misleading—it seems like a scam to make customers think they’ll receive a discount when they purchase two large drinks, only to have it denied at checkout. When I asked nicely the cashier about the purpose of the paper ornament stating the discount, she rudely responded, “For you to read,” in an unprofessional tone.
This kind of treatment is unacceptable. If the store is going to offer promotions, they should be honored as advertised, and staff should treat customers with respect.
The man cashier at this location was very rude and arrogant. He threw the straw and the drink rudely on the bar even though i was there and there was only one customer ordering. Its not in the rush hours at all. It happened twice to me. Additionally, the taste is not consistent at all comparing to other locations. Very unpleasant and disappointed customer service. Not gonna pay for that terribal attitude.
The personnel here are excellent and pleasant. Very excellent staff.
Very unpleasant experience!!! Cashier was rude and arrogant. Literally made mistakes at every single possible step. Wrong order, wrong sugar levels for the two drinks.
Not only did we wait for over 15 minutes to find out that the cashier messed up our order, she was also trying to blame me for giving her the wrong order. When the other guy in the back “re-made” our order, he poked the cups open and used his bare hands (WITHOUT GLOVES) to completely remove the seal. He poured the milk tea into two new cups and added more water/tea to fill the cups up, which made the drinks extremely blend, TASTED VERY YUCKY!!! To make things worse, they flipped the sugar levels on my drinks.
For some reason, there's always something weird that happens at this location only.
Ordered a grape fruit slush, after 5 minutes of waiting they asked me to come back to the cash. She said she charged me for the wrong slush and wanted another $1 if I wanted my drink. Got my drink and it was like ice blocks inside that wasn't blended down.
Another I ordered a bubble gaga and wasn't allowed to say no to tapioca? She said its a fixed drink and they can't take it out. Not sure what's so difficult about not putting tapioca inside the cup.
There were other incidents but it sucks because I never have problems with any other bbt stores except this coco tea location.

We usually have no problems with Coco but their new Mango Pomelo Sago Smoothie was not it.
It came with extremely bitter pieces, likely the mango. Not drinkable at all.
Stick to the milk teas.
EDIT: I left an email and this original review right after trying the drink. A few hours later, it was still on my mind so I checked the email receipt and noticed a number to call if there were issues with the order.
Was surprised to connect with the store and not HQ when I dialed. I explained the situation, to what I would guess is the store manager, and she apologized for the situation. She explained pomelo is naturally bitter (but shouldn’t be at the level we received) and offered 2 free drinks on the Coco account. Koodos to her for addressing the situation. ??

I regularly buy 2-4 drinks during each visit and go to Foody World at least once or twice a week. Recently, I’ve noticed that the drinks from this particular location have been inconsistent in taste, even though I order the same drinks from multiple locations. As a VIP member, I’m supposed to receive a 50-cent discount per drink, but not only have I been incorrectly charged, the drink quality has also worsened.
I contacted CoCo customer service to request that my drinks be remade or refunded. After waiting for a month, I was told that the manager refused my request because they claimed the orders were correct. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is disappointing. Even when the drinks don’t taste as they should, they refuse to address the issue.
Despite my previous bad experiences, I gave the location another chance while shopping at Foody World. Once again, the drinks were poorly made—lacking flavor, and my Mango Pomelo Smoothie had ice chunks in every sip, even though it’s supposed to be smooth. Over my last two visits, I spent around $44 at this location, and none of the drinks were satisfying.
I don’t understand why the drinks at this location taste different from other CoCo locations, especially since they use the same ingredients and recipes, which are supposed to be strictly followed.
I highly do not recommend to buy drinks at this location as manager or the customer service cares enough to address the issue. Attached pictures are the two separate orders that I had issue with and the response from Coco customer service after a month.

Ordered the October 2 for $10 special and asked if I could have sago removed or at least reduced from my drink, girl checked with an older lady and said yes but the portion will be smaller (which I agreed to) so we proceeded with the order.
After the drinks were made I asked which one had no sago, girl said both had the same. The old lady came over and said if they removed sago the drinks wouldn't fill the cup. I said yes that's fine it's what we agreed with so why wasn't it made that way
Girl said yes it can be reduced but not at their shop and was adamant they won't make it any other way

My favourite BBT shop!
I had a disappointing experience with the front desk staff at the store. Despite confirming my order number several times and showing the order details on my phone, the staff member was unable to validate the order. Additionally, the current promotional offer (the sticker) was not provided. When I inquired about it, I was initially told there were no offers available. After asking a second time, another staff member informed me that the item was out of stock.
