Congee Queen - Mississauga(Heartland Town Centre)

What’s the problem when I ordered the whole Hong Kong lobster and in my order, have only one crusher claw in my orders. I just ordered same order in Scarborough Couple days ago and now I dis uber eat home. But wasn’t expecting 2 boxes only for the whole lobster and I got 3 boxes 2 days ago.

One of our favourite places for non-Hakka chinese food. Portions are sufficient even though it's a little pricey. Food is tasty and service is quick.

We have group and reserved 2pm but we early arrival at 1:15pm. They can't change and wait 45min ! Food is yummy and great prices.

This is a go to place for my family. The food is consistly good among all the franchises and this one is no different. The food comes out super fast and piping hot, and is delicious! I love the QR code ordering, order when you're ready and you don't need to wait for a wait staff, as it gets really busy especially on weekends. Reservations are accepted and a wise choice. One of the best Chinese restaurant which we love. The food is great. We are a fan of the congee.

But last time we tried their BBQ duck and pork felt cold. Otherwise generally they are awesome.

Really delicious food. Although be aware that the 20 dollar congee items are quite big, otherwise a very very worthwhile restaurant to eat at for special occasions.

It was so ridiculous today. We ordered a dessert, but no one ever brought it to our table. It wasn’t until the server brought us the bill that we realized we’d been charged for it.

When we pointed out that we had never received the dessert, they said, “Oh, it’s coming,” or “We usually serve it at the end.” What does that even mean, after we’ve already left?

We waited a while longer, but nothing ever came. By that point, we’d finished our last main course ages ago and didn’t want to wait any longer. In the end, we asked them to remove the dessert from the bill and left.

Such a frustrating dining experience.
