Copper Branch offered a level of customer care I genuinely didn’t expect. As an Uber driver with a decade of hospitality experience, I’m always careful about arriving near closing time. I called 10 minutes before, hoping to place an order ahead, but they don’t take phone orders. Still, the gentleman I spoke with — likely the manager or owner — reassured me with zero hesitation and kindly said they would keep the door open for me.

Was meeting a close friend and this location was ideal for all of us. It was past lunch time so it was not busy. Going to an all Vegan restaurant has so many advantages and one the biggest? - we don’t have to ask if it contains eggs, dairy and any meat or animal products.

We ordered a PSL - not a big fan of PSL, but decided to give it a try. Nothing wrong with the drink per se, but the pumpkin spice and coffee for me, don’t go well together.
