Usually buy 4 cases of sesame snaps every two months. Couldn’t find it in its usual location in the second aisle. Asked an employee to help me locate it. Fella impatiently gestured that it’s over there or over there. Was not where he gestured. This was unusual because Costco employees are normally friendly and helpful.
In the line a customer’s cart rolled over some raspberries on the floor. Cashier told the customer he’s making a mess. When the customer objected to being reprimanded the cashier lied and said she said that the WHEELS were making a mess. No apology.
Very disappointing incidents.2 in one visit.

The staff is fine. Helpful overall. But this Costco is always, crazy busy. Great for their profitability, but a terrible, terrible shopping experience. Always a fight for parking. Often a huge line to cash out. Need more active registers. Most of the time everything is a mess... clothes look like a rummage sale. Not the fault of the staff... they're trying their best. Go to the Costco on Dundas st. in Mississauga. Even the food court is overwhelmed on busy days.
We went around 2:30 pm to Costco. My and six other individuals cellphones were stolen. It’s case of pick pocketing. I was there to grab a few items with my infants and phone was in my coats pocket. There was crazy rush at Costco and when I wanted to call my husband I realized I didn’t have my phone with me and someone had stolen it. I was so helpless with my baby and asked help from another person and made a call. After reuniting with my husband I tried retracing all the steps but I didn’t find it. I then went to their office to report and there I got to know six other individuals who had lost their phone around same time and probably around same place I.e. is dairy and produce section. They didn’t help apart from taking our details and writing our numbers down. We requested them to make an announcement so that other shoppers can be vigilant but not they did rather they blamed us. They could have checked cctv footage. SHAME ON THEM!!!

Crowd is crazy , fighting for parking spot.
Avoid over weekends if possible.
