I'm not much of a dessert person but after my family convinced me to try this place out, I will definitely be comming back! We had a big crepe desert , tasted heavenly goodness, and we had a lotus hot drink sooo good! Not crazy sweet a perfect blend of sweetness and flavour , decor is great and staff is super courteous and friendly

Food is good. But would not recommend ordering in. For example I ordered this chicken sandwich, and the photo shows a large baguette style bun, which I was really looking forward to and it was the soul reason I ordered the sandwich. Unfortunately the bun I received was very different, a lot smaller, and was like a regular burger bun (pictured below). Uber eats does not issue a refund over for this problem, even though the item is different and significantly smaller than the one showed, so false advertisement is an issue. My poutine also really only had gravy and cheese on the top, the rest of the fries were mostly plain, which is also disappointing (which you can also see in the picture I added.) It is important to note however, the fries that were plain were still quite tasty and very crispy. Utensils are also not included, which is fine, just make sure to have your own with you if you’re ordering to work or something. Overall the food is good, but not worth the price of ordering in. In store is a bit better, but still very pricey. Ordering in 3/5, in store 4/5.

I have been here many times 20+, it is my go to dessert/shake spot in Kitchener. The food is always consistent and great. This time, the service from Khushi was exceptional. The first time a server has asked if my oat milk preference is an allergy or preference. Also, offered alternative non dairy whip cream, nobody has ever given me this option previously. She was very attentive and checked in a few times.
