Our family has been to CFA Kitchener several times now. It's consistently good food and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rare time something hasn't been up to our expectations, they have gone above and beyond to make things right.
This needs to be said: the staff here is extremely competent.
My car broke down in the drive through and the staff were extremely helpful and kind.

Chick-fil-A offers delicious food with outstanding service. The chicken strips and sandwiches are juicy and fresh, and the waffle fries are crisp and dry. The spicy options, like the spicy chicken strips meal and spicy chicken salad, are flavorful but can be quite spicy for some. The restaurant has a massive drive-through and plenty of parking outside. It is located right across from the Fairview mall and features great seating options with big windows that let in lots of light. The place is very clean, and staff members are attentive and friendly, bringing orders to tables and offering wet wipes with mints. Customers enjoy their chicken and Chick-fil-A sauce, and the outdoor patio area, which is shaded in the late afternoon, makes for a pleasant dining experience. The drive-thru service can be fast, and the staff, such as Dalia and James, are known for their great customer service and hard work, even in the cold weather. Overall, Chick-fil-A provides a great fast food experience that leaves customers eager to return and try more dishes.
