Why 1 star? Food was fast, the drinks were the quality we expected. Service was friendly and with a smile, although a bit uncertain.
Why not 4 or 5 stars? Food was microwaved processed garbage with no flavour other than “freezer burn” . Even the bacon had no flavour, so you know it was bad. The pretzels were flavourless unless you got a piece of the course salt in your bite. So sad to see the food decline to such a state. DQ used to be the place for a “special”supper. Please take hot things off the menu and stick to ice cream so no one goes through this lunch bag let down like we did.

Normally when I visit this location orders flow smoothly, however this time I ordered ahead and got there a bit earlier than pick up time. When I arrived I was told my order hadn't been recieved so I showed proof of purchase both on app & email confirmation and expected to shortly after be attended to for my order since they had written down my order. I gave some grace time for my order to be made but after many other people came in and ordered their items and left I asked if my order was being made and they told me not yet and to then forward my receipt to some email address AFTER showing proof extensively. Only then was my order made 40 mins later. The manager should have been able to help me out instead of making me wait.

The washrooms are always closed, not even open for customers dining inside the restaurant. This is not happening for the first time. Their excuse is the customer made it dirty and is closed since yesterday. Last time they said they just cleaned it with the chemical and can't let customers use it and recommend to go to the other adjacent restaurant Church Chicken and use it. Very disappointed.
Was served the incorrect item multiple times, instead of repeating the order again and further delaying them I took the incorrect item and gave it to someone on the street. If you can't take an order correctly, the first time, and it gets sent back, it should be right the next time.

Went today to get a blizzard. Wanted to get the Reese’s Pieces Cookie Dough (which is on their menu). The lady said that they no longer have Reese’s Pieces (it’s discontinued). But it’s still on the menu and the app. She then said she could add Reese’s Peanut Butter cups instead….but at an extra charge??
So even though you are continuing to advertise a blizzard with a key ingredient missing and discontinued…you still want to charge a customer for the peanut butter cups? Absolute no class.

Had a wonderful time at DQ today. Had delicious blizzards. Awesome taste, enjoyed every spoon of it.
Dairy Queen sent an add. “ If you put a thump up, you will receive a free ice cream”. Went there. The lady is like download the app first. I did, then she is “oh we don’t honour this”. We don’t have a bar code reader. We don’t belong to Dairy Queen. All BS. What a liar.
