I just wanted to buy a beer and I ask the first person working and she tells me I should asking it at the bar. I approach the bar and a person tells me that I should be in the middle of the bar and I wanted to sit in the corner of the bar since it was the only open seat. After waiting and waiting, 2 bartenders talking and cleaning and they did see me and ignored me. After 10 minutes of waiting I had to leave without being able to buy the beer. Terrible service at the airport

My flight was delayed for a while, so i stopped by for a drink and couldn't resist but to get the poutine,(not Canadian). My experience was nothing but pleasant. Did not have Blue Moon but the bartender suggested Shock Top, and he was correct just like blue moon..Highly recommended ?

In the excitement of our trip we stopped in for a celebration drink only to be met by one of the rudest, unprofessional bartenders we've ever encountered, (Alexis) was very condescending, it wasn't busy so there was no reason for the attitude! Totally deflated our excitement.We will definitely not be returning!

After ordering food at the counter, I was RUDELY told by a lady behind the bar that I couldn't sit at a table because it was a "full service" table. Even if I ordered a drink, I still couldn't sit. Even though I don't agree with that rule, i moved on, but the staff was very rude about it for no reason.

This place is basically the only place to wind up in terminal 3 so take that into consideration when you look at reviews of it. Sometimes large influxes of people come through and cause chaos with an abundance of orders and requests all while groups of people leave or come in to sit for the same airplanes. With all that this bar is at the mercy of the airport terminal. It was really warm this time in the terminal but that's due to the airport. It led to further frustration from people at the bar. The bartenders I had were good and one was especially friendly and made small talk. She helped me with ordering food and knew the ins and outs of the restaurant which is actually part of the food court area next door but they keep menus at the bar and will go pick it up for you. They were out of quesadillas and she recommended different ways they could try to resolve that. Ultimately I got tacos and they were great for the price and even more so for being in an airport. They have table side quac as well where they chop it with a pestle and mortar. Tvs here and good selection of drinks. Really close to the gates. Better than the premium plaza lounge upstairs which is usually packed and very uncomfortable. There are some downsides of being busy like for example I got a glass with dish soap in it still, and I heard a few times some people needing to repeat orders so take it for what it is given what they are offering.

My experience today didn’t make quite sense to me.There was a gentlemen working at the bar -When I arrived at 7:55 he was speaking to a lady, (mind you a customer complained because he’s been waiting for his bill while he’s chatting away) he comes over about 10 minutes later to say that he already called out last call at 7:30pmOnline it states the place closes at 8:30pm but he said whenever the last plane goes out, although it was delayed, sure, that’s fine but I was sitting at the bar for over an hour, he’s still talking to the lady and the cash is still open, but he couldn’t serve me?SMH!!!!!

GREAT WAY TO START A VAY-KAY!!!!!Got a chance to have a later morning flight and this was right across from my gate. DOUBLE BONUS!!!An absolutely delicious BACON< EGG AND CHEESE CROISSANT ($14) which actually looked and tasted freshly made. The croissant was FLAKY and not microwaved mushy.A somewhat indulgent MIMOSA ($10.50) was OK ...but airport overpriced. Next time I'll stick with a coffee.Great spot!
Great convenient spot to grab one last drink before taking off ✈️. Our bartender was such a delight to talk chat with.

A bit pricey for drinks, but hey - I'm at an airport, where overpriced is the name of the game when it comes to food and drinks.The bartender was busy, but on his game. Service was good. I asked for a food menu and they gave me the menus for the 3 restaurants off to the left side of the bar - okay, I guess I'm ordering from a different restaurant. That's cool. Chicken Parm it is.Overall, it beats standing in line and trying to find a place to sit in the cafeteria area. Being that the service is decent, the food isn't actually from the Distillery and the $$$ drinks were pretty good, I'd say the place is a solid 3 stars.

Low food quality even for an airport bar. I think the tortilla chips were leftover from 2012. But, the drinks were weak and expensive, so we had more than one thing to dislike and discuss.

We just had an incredible experience at this airport restaurant/bar. The bar tender was incredibly kind and helpful. The general manager was cleaning tables and helping with us and other people. Everyone was very attentive and kind. This is very refreshing when in an airport. We travel often and it’s rare to have this kind of experience in an airport. Great staff!! Highly recommend
