Always a good experience at this place. Good food, good service, and good vibes. The special for each day from Monday to Thursday are good value for money if you like what's on offer. Very good variety in the menu as well. The service could be better, they seem understaffed at times, but not a big issue. You also need to request the loaf of bread now since they won't bring it by default. Overall an enjoyable experience.

It’s been awhile since we have gone here but always a great family favourite, especially now with more inclusive options and gluten free pasta being on the menu!! Unfortnately none of the soups are GLUTEN FREE yet. They have 1 Gluten free pasta type available, Fusilli, which is better than nothing even though it’s not a pasta style I personally prefer with fettuccine alfredo but it tasted great and had no issues afterwards! Our server was a male and I forgot his name; he was very friendly, kind and great with kids and checked in on us. Great dining experience and would greatly appreciate more GLUTEN FREE pasta noodle types to choose from in the future.
The Mario Club has our family coming back here- kids eat free with the purchase of 2 adult entrées. Great food.

Amazing food our server was Flora. Flora was sweet, optimistic, kind, and welcoming. We liked her service. We really liked the service and recommend the chicken, garlic home loaf bread, tomato soup, pasta, and Caesar salad. Would like to come again.
Kid-friendliness: The kids menu had many games like coloring, tic tac toe, making your own drink, and many more it also come with crayons. Kids portions were good for adults too amazing food.

Ive been coming to East Side Mario's all my life and every experience is wonderful. The food is always delicious, I definitely end up with left overs cause it's all so filling. My server tonight was Lorraine she was friendly and very efficient we had our bread right as we sat down and she was super incredible in the speed and efficiency she showed serving us! I definitely recommend this restaurant!

Did not allow us to order of kids menu because they said we were to old but I wish for there to be more options as the larger portions are to big’
Wouldn’t let our party of 7 get the kids meal even though we are kids 13 and under. Next time I come I would love for there to be options for kids 13 and under

Service was not the best, took 25 minutes to get a server. Server was trying to be nice but you can tell she just wanted her retirement package to kick in at any moment. Food was rough man. Its like a wish version of olive garden. Everything else was average at best.

Came here for a large gathering and we had a set menu of items to choose from. If it were me I would say to skip this place and go to Scaddabush if you’re looking for Italian food.
I chose the Caesar Salad, Sausage & Peppers Penne, and Tiramisu.
The best part of this lunch was the tiramisu followed by the garlic loafs (even though there was hardly any garlic flavour).
The tiramisu tasted delicious although too small. The bottom cake layer has a nice coffee flavour. The cake overall was not too sweet and you could easily devour 2-3.
The bread was delicious, I loved how chewy and soft it was.
The caesar salad tasted ok. There was too much dressing on it.
The pasta was a huge disappointment. It was super dry and the only flavour was from the sausages. It’s as if they brushed the sauce on the pasta because it was that dry.
