I hope this is an isolated instance but I found a plastic green wire in my tapioca pearl.

Drinks were very expensive and not worth the price at all, I paid a lot for a quite basic flavoured drink,Service was poor, the employee didn't understand our order. Drinks did not taste good at all.Tapioca pearls tasted very stale and low quality. The flavour of the drink didn't meet any decent standards. I will never be going back there again

Ordered bubble tea for the first time here a couple days ago and was literally the worst drinks I’ve had in a long time. The mango smoothie with cheese was basically all cheese foam which allowed me to drink this drink for 2 minutes.Don’t order the house milk tea either as the toppings also were 50% of this drink.I was so excited to try a new bubble tea place but I will definitely not returning nor recommending.

Ordered via Uber Eats on Jan 1st. Took about an hour and change (most likely not the stores fault). Our first time ordering.We ordered three fairly simple drinks (two milk teas, one fruit tea), and not ONE tasted good. Tapioca boba was hard like a rock, fruit juice had a weird, unappealing sour taste/smell. Actual milk tea flavour was subpar.Perhaps it was an off day, but I would not recommend.

We’ve ordered from here several times. The quality is usually average. However, one of our drinks from this location today had slimy grapefruit that tasted like what I’d imagine dirty toilet water to taste like. Imagine walking into an unkept public washroom, that’s the smell I tasted. I vomited right after.

Bought Peach Smoothie with Cheese. Good packaging and presentation. Love it. The drink is okay. I won't say it's unbelievably good but not bad too. I like it. Depends on people I guess. Thanks.
