Got pushed at the door by a man. Staff saw the argument and did nothing.

I got physically shoved at the entrance by a man who stormed in from behind, slammed the door open into me, and bumped my bad and walked through me. No apology, no acknowledgment—just blatant rudeness. When I confronted him, he yelled “You didn’t open the door fast enough.” Seriously?

He then walked straight to the back kitchen without hesitation, chatting and laughing with the staff like he knew them well. He even requested something specific from them, which makes it clear he’s a regular and familiar face to the employees.

The worst part? A female Euromax employee stood right there and watched the whole thing without saying a word. No “Are you okay?”, no support. Just silence.

This isn’t just about rude customers—it’s about a store that clearly doesn’t care when someone gets treated like garbage. As someone who’s not Polish, the message felt loud and clear: you’re not welcome here.

I will never go back.

The products are good but some of the younger employers are arrogant . Please asking them to speaking in English first...not all of us are polish.

I love euromax, ive been to a few of their locations, always a pleasure to visit, they have a large selection in their deli of cheese, meat, pastries, and prepared food, I cannot visit them without grabbing a delicious pork schnitzel

lots of European foods, pickels, soups, drinks, breads, snacks, ect, they also have farm fresh eggs which are my go-to

The store needs some TLC in terms of organization and overall aspect. They are a “small big” store, as one can find a lot in a small area. The doughnuts and pastries are to die for!

I bought pancakes and asked if they were fresh, the seller said yes. When I got home, I tasted them and mixed them with the old one, and the dough was like the soles of my slippers! Thank you for having an honest person at the counter!

Great selection of cold cuts and everything else you could need !

They have a lot of cool Polish stuff here.

Best rye loaf and condiments as well coming from other countries like Turkey
If you can take a bit of the the attitude then it's ok the prices are reasonable and very clean food service

not a bad store. 50/50. the only thing that spoils everything is the service. four women behind the counter, sometimes more. and still you wait for service for 10 minutes. no matter how many customers. you are alone or 10 customers. all the women just walk behind the counter and do not pay attention to you. you can stand and wait for a very long time. in the overall rating from 0 to 10 I give a solid 3.
