For the past year, the consistent theme of this place has been running out of ingredients hours before they close. I came yesterday evening (12/27), there was only one employee in charge of the front and back. There were two women ahead of me who kept asking for extra cheese, and the employee agreed. While they were waiting for their order to be completed, the employee received an online order that she started to make. Great, now I'm waiting even longer even though I was there first. Then, 7 minutes later, once she's done - she proceeds to tell me there is no cheese left in stock because "we've had online and delivery orders all day". If you're running out of cheese, and you know people are in line, why are you giving customers extra cheese? They're always out of some ingredient or another, but will charge you full price for your meal. It's ridiculous that this has been going on for so long. If you know you run out things, keep extra supply of it.

Very unhappy with this location every time I come here. I see something gross last time. I saw someone grab raw shrimp and not change their gloves. This time I come in and the girl on Cash grabs my money and doesn't Wash her hands after touching cash. And then argues with me about it afterwards saying that she did when I watched her and she didn't. Just to watch the second girl do the same thing with the next customer And I don't know if this is something new. But you guys don't have barbecue pulled pork? anymore. As I was told this, I would definitely not be coming back this location again.Update I have emailed them and still no response

Ordered online, food was not ready at the pick up time. Walked into the store and the staff were in the back then came to greet me and then I advised them of my pick up order then they started to make my food. It was made in 3 mins...so the quality was not good too much sauce it was cold. First time ordering here usually go to Buritto Boyz will stick to them. Unfortunately this location is across the street from my house.
