I recently visited this dessert place and was excited to try a couple of their items. I ordered a pancake and a slice of chocolate cake.
The pancake was freshly made, which I appreciated. However, while plating it, the staff member used a turner but also touched the pancake with her bare hand — no gloves were used. That made me uncomfortable from a hygiene perspective, and I ended up not eating it.
I also tried their chocolate cake. Unfortunately, it tasted like it had been sitting in the fridge for several days — the texture felt a bit dry and the flavor wasn’t very fresh.
I’m not trying to be negative, but I do think there’s room for improvement. A bit more attention to food handling and freshness could really elevate the overall experience. I hope this feedback is helpful to the team!

Always enjoy Fuwa Fuwa! This location gets busy but we come in slightly off peak times. Sunday at 11am today…had our three orders of pancakes on 10 mins. Servers are busy but attentive and helpful.

It was my first time trying their matcha drink I love trying new things was really 👍
Served by Sunayama, she was very sweet, informative about the many amazing choices on the menu, and attentive. I got a hit matcha latte and shared the lotus cookie pancake with my friend. The food was delicious, just the right amount of sweet and the pancakes were very fluffy and light. Definitely would recommend this for any dessert lover.
