If you’ve never tried Japanese soufflé pancakes they are definitely worth trying. The flavor and texture combination is so unique and delicious. The only downside is the price and wait time. We were lucky and only had to wait 10 minutes, but some people after us had to wait 20-25 minutes for a new batch. They have a good selection of flavors and the staff are very friendly.

The picture doesn’t look as good as it tastes. The crofe for was crisp and delicious and the pancakes were fluffy!! A little pricey for the portions but still recommend at square one

Pancake smells like omelette, that’s why I dislike it. Infused coffee was not tasty.

Be warned takes 15 to 20 min for these amazing pancakes to be made, worth the wait.
Store itself can only sit about a dozen people, so if full, get to go.

We went to this location towards the end of the night. We were told they were closing and we would have to take our order to go which was fine. Upon receiving the order we ate it in the mall hallway. The pancakes were raw inside, not cooked at all...lots of raw batter oozing out of the sides and middle. I had ordered the Nutella banana pancakes and was given a tiny cup of fruit (2 slices of banana and a couple.of pieces of strawberry). No Nutella. My husband went back for the Nutella and was given a teeny tiny plastic container with...watered down chocolate sauce?? Literally a thimble full. It wasn't Nutella. It didn't coat the pancakes at all and looked like it was cut with water. It was the weirdest thing. I've never seen "Nutella" like that in my life. It immediately sank into the pancake and barely left any color. Nutella is thick and generally slathered on. Don't bother coming here. It's a waste of money, They cut corners and I've made better Japanese pancakes myself at home.

The Nutella, Strawberry and Banana Pancake from Fuwa Fuwa is hands down the best pancake I’ve ever eaten. Super airy and cloud-like, it’s almost as if you’re biting into a soft, fluffy dream. The combination of the Nutella and banana complements the lightness of the pancake perfectly, creating a balanced flavor that’s indulgent yet not overpowering. The portion size is generous, but it’s definitely something two people could share without feeling too heavy.

One downside is the limited seating space, which can make it tricky to find a spot during busy times. Additionally, it sometimes takes the staff a bit longer to clean up tables after guests leave, which can add to the wait. Despite these small inconveniences, the quality of the pancakes makes it all worthwhile.

Although I’ve had mixed experiences with customer service—sometimes attentive, other times less so—the incredible pancakes keep me coming back. Overall, I’d highly recommend Fuwa Fuwa for anyone looking to enjoy some of the fluffiest, most delicious pancakes around, and I’ll definitely be returning for more!

The pancakes are always great and the staff is always nice. So far I tried the tiramisu and strawberry very fluffy and sweet. If you haven’t Japanese pancakes I recommend here. It’s a little noisy because it’s a shopping center
