I came in this morning for the first time and the hijabi barista was welcoming. The muffins were delicious, my coffee tasted great, and she was so friendly and welcoming.

The coffee tastes really good and the baristas are super cool and kind.

Had a great experience at Good Earth Coffeehouse. The atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. The coffee was fresh, flavorful, and made perfectly. The staff were friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. Overall, it was a pleasant visit, and I would definitely recommend this coffee shop to anyone looking for a relaxing place to enjoy a quality cup of coffee.

This place is great and awesome customer service. I've gone to them so much, they remember me and what I get. I've said this before and I'll say it again. They have the best ice coffee I have ever had.

Cold brew coffee almost $8.00. Oat milk available, but not stirred in. No liquid sugar for a cold brew coffee. Offers syrups for a price. Most expensive crappy cold brew ever bought and that’s saying a lot.
Oh and the server offered nothing to help the situation. Not even a refund when I asked. I just got a weird look. Terrible. Will NEVER return.

There is a vending machine right in front of it and I got some food at 2 am as I was starving I forgot to take the folk out from the machine before it closed. I asked the good earth coffee employee if she can spare a folk because I can’t eat from my hands. She straight away said she can’t because you did not bought anything from good earth coffee. This is ridiculous and inhuman that too it’s in a hospital where don’t come to dine in happily. Hate the management of this place.

Sharanjit makes sandwiches on nigjt shift...it us clear to me she knows what she is doing and her displays of food and sweets very attractive....besides that she is a great salesperson...Good Earth did well when hiring her...BRAVA!!!

Earl grey latte 7 dollar really is just a tea bag with milk! And the person who served me gave me an attitude when I asked if I can change to another type of latte

I had the tuna sandwich along with a latte and berry bran muffin. Everything was fresh and absolutely delicious! The flavours were fantastic, and I truly enjoyed every bite.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, which made my experience even better. The quality of the food was outstanding, and I felt the value was great for what I received. Plus, there was a wonderful selection to choose from!

I had such a lovely experience thanks to Rokslana, Anastasia, Mira, and Celia. These women provided phenomenal customer service — the kind that truly stands out and, honestly, feels rare these days.

They were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming, making the experience feel personal rather than transactional. This is the level of service that used to be the norm in Canada, and it was such a pleasure to experience it again.
