After ordering both appetizers and dinner. The appetizer came out on time and was delicious. However, they forgot our dinner order, we asked about 45 min after the appetizer (30 mins before closing), and they promptly offered to cancel the order. The head chef left before making our dinner. They missed our ticket.

Tasty food with good portion which can share with more than 2 people. Great customer service and pleasant staff. Recently renovated with more seat capacity. Coming here for so many years but they always impress with their service.

This is our favourite restaurant! We've been eating here for many years & it's always consistently delicious & they happily accommodate my dietary needs too ? Owners & staff are top-notch. The Erin Mills location did a fabulous renovation recently too!

I was there for trying out their lunch special. Alex greeted me and took my order. I chose Manchurian Chicken with egg fried rice (upgraded from steam rice for a nominal charge). Their lunch special includes a vegetable spring roll.

Food came to my table in a timely manner. It was hot and smelled so good. Food was cooked to perfection. Quantity was ample. Vegetable Spring Roll was crispy and flavourful. Besides Alex, there was another server named David. I must say Alex and David are very polite and attentive to their customers. I was very much impressed to know that David speaks 5 languages.

Overall my experience was very positive one. I will defenitely recommend this place to my relatives and friends and will be back with my collegues for lunch soon. Thank you guys for your great service and delicious food.

I went there for lunch. Ordered lunch special. My hosts were Alex and Grishma. They are both polite and very attentive. They made my dining experience so much better.
Food was hot and fresh and it tasted so good. Alex and Grishma are so professional in their work.

I will be coming back for more.

Our favourite place to have hakka food. Amazing taste of food and wonderful atmosphere. Grishma was really wonderful, she was very attentive and welcoming.

Small portion, missing items, and long wait times

I am sharing this review as I am really frustrated because it happened twice not once usually I don't share the negative feedback publicly but now it's really annoying when you find hair in your food and that also when you spend money. It's disgusting, unhygienic and really frustrating

Food was delicious. The pakoras are a MUST try! One of the best Hakka spot I’ve ever had. Service was top notch too. Special shot outs to Jimmy and Jacky! Will return again!

Pretty good and consistent Hakka food. There are TOO many Hakka places but finding ones with consistently good dishes. Each Hakka place does a couple of dishes well and others horribly so it’s important to order right. The Manchurian and ginger chicken were decent. Not mind blowing but decent. I would definitely order it again when I’m craving Hakka. Overall, decent place for decent food that I will have on my Hakka list.

Sweet&Sour Manchurian was little too sweet probably because of pipeapples. Spicy garlic and Mangolian chiken. Very good taste.

Hot and sour soup was yummy

We went there after craving for a good Vegetarian Hakka Noodle and Veg Manchurian balls. Hakka Noodles were not even tasting noodles it was like pasta.. Will not recommend eating the Noodles from here.
