First time dining at a Harvey's location, I was met with great service and a clean environment. Great service by Sampreet . This gentlemen helped me and my husband decide a order as we are not too familiar with the menu!

Absolutely amazing service at Harvey’s! Sampreet helped me decide my order when I was super indecisive and never once made it feel awkward or rushed. He walked me through options, helped customize everything exactly how I wanted, and got the order perfect. Seriously, everything was made just the way I asked. Super patient, friendly, and genuinely cared about getting it right. Big shoutout to Sampreet for top-tier service he made the whole experience great. Will definitely be back and have that good little boy take my order again.

I love Harvey’s, but when the hours say they close at midnight and already locked up before ten is disappointing when your hungry and work nights.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. This was hands down one of the worst customer service encounters I’ve ever had.
I came to Harvey’s / Swiss Chalet with two friends and placed my order with the cashier. She did not ask for my name and did not give me a receipt. After paying, I waited 30 minutes for my food. When I finally asked what was going on, the cashier — Chaturika, who happens to be the assistant manager said they only had two orders punched in (my friends’ orders) and insisted mine didn’t exist.
She demanded a receipt that I was never given. I showed her the transaction on my phone clearly proving I had paid, and she still kept arguing and repeatedly said that if I wanted my food, I had to pay again. That is ridiculous and unacceptable.
To make things worse, two other staff members jumped into the argument, and the kitchen staff started yelling loudly in their own language, creating a scene that everyone in the restaurant could hear. It was chaotic, embarrassing, and extremely unprofessional.
Only after all this did the original cashier finally come out and apparently remember that she took my order and processed my payment. Instead of apologizing, she rudely said, “We’ll make another one, it’ll take 10 more minutes,” with visible frustration — as if this was somehow my fault.
While waiting, Chaturika kept staring at us and giving weird, uncomfortable looks. Not once did anyone apologize. When I pointed out that this is not how customer service works and that an apology was expected, Chaturika responded, “I didn’t take the order, so why should I apologize?”
Ironically, while I was waiting for my cab, an older staff member came up to me and apologized on behalf of the team. That person showed more professionalism and basic courtesy than the assistant manager and the rest of the staff combined.
No accountability. No professionalism. No respect. Just arguing, yelling, and blaming the customer for the staff’s mistake.
If this is the standard of service at this location, management seriously needs retraining — starting with the so-called assistant manager. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to think twice before ordering here.

The meat has a strange consistency. Frozen patties i suspect. At any rate harveys is just not as good as many of the other fast food spots. You can choose your toppings is about all they got going for them. Just not for me.

The service is great. The food is good. Someone is needed to work at the lobby often. Cleanliness is an issue in this place, specifically at lunchtime. Everyone focuses on the service but misses the cleanliness; it is important for the restaurant to address it.

Placing my order was a smooth process. But after waiting and watching the cook in the back i was disgusted , this man scratched his beard and proceeded to touch the bun with the same hand he just scratched his beard with. Lets just say I will never go back to this restaurant
