Noticed a mosquito and a fly on the cucumber slices they use on the burgers. When drew the attention of the employee at the counter, she said it was her 1st day on the job and don't know what to do. When called the manager, she said it would be looked after tomorrow. I asked if they are going to feed the same food to the customers, there was no response.

The food is not even warm, I had to ask for hot food. I watched them picked out a cooked burger and place it on the grill for 10 seconds, I spoke up and said pls leave to on the grill to be warm When I scanned to write a when service improved. Not with $30 bucks Onion rings precooked Disappointing as this use to be a wicked good #harvey
