Girl working there took 2 minutes of just staring at me she took my order. After when I was asking about the items on the menu she was clueless. ( language seemed to be an issue) I'm still convinced I'm eating a child's burger for 10 dollars lol.
My question for the franchisee.
1 ) why is language an issue when ordering? There's a bunch of other capable unemployed people who can understand me.
2) why are portions so small ?

Ordered from the drive thru, they told me to pull to the front and wait. 2 other orders that were behind me were given first.
Then was told to wait another 3 minutes. If your looking for fast food, this isnt the place.

No napkins provided with order. One straw provided for a two drink order. One available at the cutlery station. I took it. Several minutes later, it was refilled with 6 straws. When I asked for napkins, I was presented with a half-full sleeve of napkins in the plastic bag. It feels like they’re saving money by shorting on these essentials. -2 stars. Food was good.

The customer service is the worst. There’s this old dark skin lady with glasses. Extremely rude. No manners always argues. I asked for 4 forks and she stopped the lady from giving it to me and saying I need to pay an extra dollar or 2. My mom was waiting and the old lady kept going back and forth with me.

For a long time I ordered 3 Angus patties by themselves (can't eat buns or gluten) then suddenly today they said they can't sell me just the patties by themselves, I asked why, the cash lady said that the manager told them they can no longer sell the patties by themselves and I got turned around as a regular customer. I ended up going to Wendy's where they had no problem selling me just 3 patties - also I have no issues with any other Harvey's locations. Just this locations manager likes to make up rules for profit? Some people have dietary restrictions and should not be charged for 3 full burgers 8 dollars each when they can't eat 3 full burgers.... What a waste of my lunch time...

Went through the drive through, store inside was dead empty and no cars in drive through. Ordered Poutine and fried pickles and we paid. They told us to park by the door and wait 5 mins for the food to be ready. After 10 minutes we went in asking for our food. THEY FORGOT TO MAKE IT. You have no other customers and are closing in 3 hours…. We were not given any refund or compensation are were met with ignorance. 0/10

Noticed a mosquito and a fly on the cucumber slices they use on the burgers. When drew the attention of the employee at the counter, she said it was her 1st day on the job and don't know what to do. When called the manager, she said it would be looked after tomorrow. I asked if they are going to feed the same food to the customers, there was no response.
Puvana was very patient when taking my order. Nahal (sorry if I spelled it wrongly) was great as well, very calm and patient during rush hour! Thank you! :)
