No napkins provided with order. One straw provided for a two drink order. One available at the cutlery station. I took it. Several minutes later, it was refilled with 6 straws. When I asked for napkins, I was presented with a half-full sleeve of napkins in the plastic bag. It feels like they’re saving money by shorting on these essentials. -2 stars. Food was good.

The food is not even warm, I had to ask for hot food. I watched them picked out a cooked burger and place it on the grill for 10 seconds, I spoke up and said pls leave to on the grill to be warm

The service is fast and friendly and the food is always fresh, hot and delicious. Ideal location for grabbing a bite when shopping at Heartland.
