I’ve been tryna workout and be on my grind and Health and Body helped me out by giving me good products . Genuine employees and nice owner.

Super fast shipping (above $89 or a $10 flat rate) in just two days via Purolator for my first order. I stocked up on Dr. B bar soaps especially the hard to find fragrances like Rose because they always have the best sale price. Glass bottles/ liquids are also packed very well for transit. Only PayPal or credit card for payment, no option to pay and pickup in store.

ETA: Changed from 4 to 5-stars because the store clarified (see their response below) that the surcharge over 5lb is only for remote areas.

This company went above and beyond for me not once but twice regarding the same order. First, they ensured my order was not sent by Canada Post in case it was held up during a postal strike. Second, they were out of a product after I ordered it, so they substituted with a superior product. And they called me on the phone to explain the substitution. I'm very impressed with this company and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Thank you Simon!

I’ve been purchasing from the business for about 5 years. My go-to. Carla is always helpful. Normally purchase the same items. Shop for my son as well. Gathering points towards discounts is great! I moved quite a distance away from Mississauga and still shop there when commuting to & from my work location (which is close to the store - thankfully).

Was looking for an alternative to Popeyes and GNC and found this place. The owner was really nice and knowledgable and really spends time with you to walk you through the products.He has a lot of options, and brands that I couldn’t find at other franchises. Very clean and well maintained. Will come back again, very happy with my purchases
