The food is not good. Friend got sick off of it chicken seemed chewy and maybe raw. On the phone we were told one price for a group of 4 and when we got there 20 minutes later it was $150 more. We also overheard how horribly a female who works there wearing an orange jacket at the front was speaking to a customer. Customer asked to speak to manager and just because he wasn’t there the female worker not only interrupted she was also mocking annd changing her voice and talking back to the customer. Worker was being extremely rude to the customer. Simply disgusting! If this was my employee she would be fired! 2 others from my group also heard this. If I was talked to like this I would follow up with the manager if she didn’t already file a complaint. Probably won’t be coming here for group monthly get together anymore. Train your staff respect

This was a great place to hang out with friends! A little pricey compared to others but all in all a fun time. Their screens can be confusing to understand but they have YouTube as well if your song is not part of their selection. Great time here!

We were not sure how to find songs and weren’t able to find any English songs on that device so we had to use YouTube. As for the food, they’re good but very expensive and the fries were over-fried and the boba is not real boba.

Came here last minute for a girls night, the hosts were super accommodating throughout the entire night. Even after closing we were able to wait in their lobby for our Uber. Comparable to karaoke spots in Toronto it was a little pricier but I’d probably go back for the location convenience.
