It is okay, Mango ice cream runs out☹️

I first know Hui Lau Shan from ordering online from skip the dish, and my family frequently come here for bubble tea. When I said frequently, I mean once a week, and we always order 2 drinks and up. We so sad, upset and disappointed when the quality of delivery orders have recently gone down DRASTICALLY. Either being ordered from skip the dish or uber eats, no matter what delivery app it is, the bubble tea either tastes sooo water down when we order less ice, or like today we decided to order no ice since we assume that its the ice melt during transit that makes the drink taste water down, our drink TASTELESS. No sugar added at all! I don't know who on earth would be happy about a $10 sugar free cup of bubble tea but absolutely not us. No word can describe our disappointment towards our go-to bubble place, probably still support them but will only be in-store as we don't wanna be let down any more. :(

This place has been our go to for a while, their desserts are usually very good, until last night.The server got our order wrong and when we went to ask for the correct order she was very rude, tried to tell us this is how the items are served, when we have been there multiple times and know for a fact that is not how the order supposed to be served.
It is very unfortunate that some employees could have such a negative impact on the business, server name is Selana (according to our receipt)

Disappointed with the Service & Quality.

We’ve been regular customers at this bubble tea spot and have always loved bringing our kids here. Unfortunately, our experience tonight was disappointing.

We visited around 8 PM and were served by a lady we hadn’t seen before. From the start, the staff seemed unfriendly and unwelcoming. We ordered desserts and a waffle—something we always get—but this time, the waffle was cold. When I politely mentioned it, she insisted that’s how it’s supposed to be, rather than addressing our concern.

We also ordered six teas, and they all tasted off. The fresh taro, in particular, had a strange aftertaste. On top of that, the drinks were brought to us with miserable expressions, making the whole experience feel awkward.

It’s unfortunate because this used to be our favorite spot, but after tonight, we’re reconsidering whether we’ll return. Great customer service and consistency matter, and sadly, both were lacking this time.

Maybe we came at a bad time…Service didn’t seem friendly bang on the counter when taking my order I thought he seemed a bit over work. I loved the menu and selection. The pomelo and mango was refreshing. They do mango so well here

Who the heck adds 100% sugar to 3 of my drinks if 1 of them is clearly 30%! I didn't know I needed to add that I don't want 10 cups of sugar in my drink!!!!

Washrooms is for customers only and i was here for pickup? What kind of customer is that? Defination of customer ? Google update 0 or negative stars for places like these??

It’s really super unpalatable. I can’t eat it at all. I thought it was the same as in China. I don’t know how this store is still open. It’s expensive and tastes terrible. I’m really speechless.

When I arrived it was empty, so I placed my order to go and had to wait 45 mins for my dessert, other people who came after was served first even.

Staff is very unprofessional, they don’t know how to talk to the customers. Terrible experience, will never suggest this place to anyone.

Very very speechless. The rice balls were ordered for takeout. Looking forward to burning ambrosia. Unexpectedly, there was not even a drop of ambrosia in it, and a male waiter refused to admit that he was wrong. I said either adjust the monitoring. When I called the second time, I was told that he just let me go and that he had monitored and checked? If I was lying to people because of a mere fairy grass jelly, why would I order two servings? There is no need for me to waste time making these phone calls and negotiating with customer service because of the presence or absence of grass jelly.
Please tell me about the burning jelly grass in the picture. Where is the shadow of the jelly grass? If you can't tell the difference between purple rice and grass jelly and you still go out to work, you'd better go to this class and do better than you.

I absolutely love the desserts at Hui Lau San, especially their mango treats. The flavors are always fresh and delightful, making it a perfect spot to satisfy my sweet cravings. However, I feel the experience could be even better if they didn’t serve the dessert with a wooden spoon, as it slightly detracts from the overall enjoyment.
