Such a fun variety of drinks and desserts! A great treat when i need something sweet but not too heavy.
The desserts are a bit overpriced for the small quantities. The purple rice in mine was undercooked and stale :( The flavour was not bad! There was a good amount of seating which is good, but they could definitely use some music and air conditioning, respectfully
The problem is that the server doesn’t know her menu. I asked for a Mango Pomelo tea in mandarin (杨枝甘露) which is the staple for Hui Lau Shan chain. She looked at me confused. I ended up getting another selection which is a slushie vs the tea. As soon as she charged my visa, I saw the mango pomelo tea I asked for on right side of the menu (which she said she didn’t know what I was asking for before). so I asked if she could refund my visa and reorder the tea instead. She then looked at me confused again. I asked if she didn’t know how to do a refund for a credit card and she said she didn’t know how to do it. My slushie came out very thick but better than nothing. It’s kind of strange that a cashier doesn’t know her own menu and doesn’t know how to process a refund.
Good drinks, but poor customer service. We are regular customers, yet the staff rarely greets us or makes us feel welcome. It often seems like they treat customers from their own nationality much more politely than others. We hope they learn to treat every customer with the same respect 😊
Disappointed, no more chicken balls, no soap and toilet paper neither sad it was a good place
Ordered the large coconut mango drink with tapioca for delivery. Still fresh and cold when it arrived. Definitely my new late-night snack addiction.
high quality mango, and not too sweet. like it!
Stopped by on a hot day for the mango coconut slush—it was exactly what I needed. It’s refreshing, not too icy, and has real mango chunks at the bottom.
Great place for Bubble Tea.
Great dessert place especially if you love mangoes and coconut. The server is very accommodating and would always give their recommendations for first time customers. Ordered the Five stars milk tea and it was refreshing. I enjoyed my drink because all of the toppings are in my drink!

ordered hot grass jelly with purple rice and it came basically room temp⦠the purple rice was all clumped together and some parts were still hard, same with the taro balls
and instead of music playing i had to listen to one of the staff talking about how she hasnβt had a good bowel movement latelyβ¦
imagine having to hear that when the whole store was dead silent
overall the food and the experience were just as poor as the bowel movement she was describing
I tried their mango coconut drink and it was so delicious π₯π Overall the drink tastes so fresh but specifically the mango is so yummy!!
The taro ball drink was fresh, delicious, homemade. Nice quiet interior and good service. Would come back!
Fantastic taro milk tea, respectful service, peaceful atmosphere, a bit pricy but worth it!!!
However way it is made, how amazing it might look, whatever the presentation, whoever made it, EVERYTHING ASIDE, the dish did not taste well, my taste buds DID NOT LIKE it.
Just to add: horrible customer service, long waiting even though there was no-one !! Also the staff doesnβt understand/speak basic english.
