Excellent customer service and fully satisfied with their food items especially their ice cream rolls ~ Mawa Kulfi and Kaju Gulkand , along with the traditional but unique in taste- Mawa badam falooda. Genuinely suggest this place for everyone to have ice cream and desserts along with some food options too.
I just looked up the latest review of a person reviewed bad about this place but the way staff members are managing the busy dining, we should appreciate and cooperate with them. So must visit place😋

Impressed with rating 8 of us went there for first time but we're grossly disappointed. Falooda had very little falooda, we raised to counter thinking they may have forgotten to add. But server refused to oblige and said he can't do anything, on persistence gave us a small cup. Not at all happy with product and customer service. Unworthy of prices charged, not going there again !

I stopped by recently and was seriously impressed. The Oreo Hazelnut crumble was perfectly crisp and loaded with flavor, and the Rose Pistachio ice cream was a standout—floral, nutty, which I really appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful with customizations, and the vibe was chill but lively. Great spot for unique, vegetarian-friendly desserts. I’ll definitely be back!

Ordered the cashew rose petal jam rolled ice cream. Was really delicious (i don't even always like rose flavor but it was amazing here). It was a really unique place and a great thing to have in the GTA - I've not seen another ice cream place like it with the Indian flavors they offered, and I definitely want to go back to try the rest! The manager was there and was also super friendly.

Would NOT recommend or come back. The cashier took forever in the back just to ask what my order was. I wanted to get 2 ice creams... he told me it would be a 10-12 minute wait!? Like what?! No thank you. Go somewhere else don't waste your time even driving here.

Ice flame is always my go to place for shakes, ice creams and my most favourite Chilli Masala Fries. All the items over here are made from natural ingredients and it tastes so yumm…. They have also launched chuski and ice gola dish for summers. I just loved the flavours of chuski. I would recommend this place to everyone for desserts.
