Jerk & BBQ Haven - Authentic Jamaican Food

We ordered the jerk chicken and patties, absolutely loved it! The gravy is peppery and warm. The people are super welcoming too, we told the lady that the food was delicious and she went above and beyond to give us an extra serving of the gravy. I’ll definitely come here again!

Went in to grab some food today and bought a large oxtail and rice and peas and a small jerk chicken and I got two drinks lmao the oxtail looks like they service it after it was boil the gravy was not not even dark for 19 dollars you get 4 small pics of oxtail and water as the gravy I ask for extra gravy and it looks like my rice was swimming in water for $48 for two food and two drinks don’t waste your money find a better spot there are lots in sauga

Was very disappointed worst oxtail I ever had ! It was tough and very bling no taste whatsoever And the gravy was super thick ! Seems like it was overnight food the rice was just super dry! And my friend got jerk chicken and he got the same response. Chicken was really dry. No spice to it ! I was very disappointed. We were in town for an event and this is the first spot we seen on Google. Near to us. I never done one of these reviews before, but I just had to make one. I literally threw the whole food away.

The food was amazing

Picked up spicy beef patties, pretty good, not suicide hot. If your craving patties and in area, try it out. Paid 3.00 for one.

Good food nice people!

I was pleasantly surprised to come across this establishment on my way home, and was looking forward to some delicious food. Unfortunately this was not it. The BBQ chicken and rice was probably the worst I've had in a very long time, and considering the price, was extremely disappointing. I didn't even bother to finish it.
Sadly, in good conscious,I cannot recommend this establishment and will not be going back.

I always go by how they do their jerk. Ordering half a jerk chicken (if offered) at every new Jamaican eatery I try. No rice, no sides.

& they didn’t disappoint at all. It’s not a saucy jerk they use on their chicken, but a paste-like marinade.

They served it to me with a side of oxtail gravy (asked for it on side), came with some scotch bonnet pepper sauce & oh my. Everything was on point. That pepper sauce had no vinegar just an authentic hot 🌶 🥵 as a Jamaican summer type sauce.

Oxtail gravy was nice, had semi-caramelized onions (what it tasted like at least) & lotsa flavour ....the chicken was delicious. Left that place a happy man.

I always always come here I think your food is bomb BUT PLS FOR THE LOVE OF GOD ur staff is sooooo rude i can’t stand it if they don’t wanna work or see people this is not the industry for them …. I love coming and seeing the older ladies because they are polite n kind hearted and can joke around but the young lady always serving is soooooo beyond grumpy and sour faced , if you ask a question we get the rolled eyes and huff n puff like we are inconveniencing her by asking a question. I love the food but the service needs major help … therefore as a family we decided to discontinue our support here unfortunately :( just not worth the hassle with rudeness

Lady in the front need training and very bad at her job. Ruining my whole damn lunch where im piss off and cant evenin eat my food. Bloodclatt. SMFH NEVER AGAIN. First time there and last .
