Bhature platter was good. Service and hospitality were excellent. Our server, Deepika provided an amazing service.

I would give no star if i could. I had high hopes for Kailash Parbat , but my experience was incredibly disappointing. From the moment we arrived, the service was painfully slow, the reason being that there was one hostess who was also the server. We waited far too long for our orders & service. It felt like the kitchen staff was pulled into serving (recognized from his kitchen uniform). The food, when it finally arrived, was genuinely good, which only added to my frustration. I wished I could have enjoyed everything on the menu, but the delays made that a distant dream that wasn't worth pursuing. The tall guy who took our orders seemed completely out of his depth. He kept forgetting our requests and appeared disoriented, that could possibly be because of the rush in the restaurant. The lack of coordination and presence made it feel chaotic and unprofessional. If the front can't keep up, then how cant they expect the kitchen to keep up, they definitely need more help on the floor. Overall, I left feeling disappointed, having only sampled a fraction of what I wanted. I won’t be returning any time soon unless, I'm missing home and want that chole bhature. They really need to address these serious service issues.

Forget about food, please go to this restaurant only if you have whole day or night, as their service is dead slow. Better to order online , only thats fast; atleast you will get some food. We waited for 1 hour to get our order. Giving you best advise, Please dont go. We wanted to order more but did not want to wait for another hour. They are very short staffed, just one person was on reception, taking order of 20 tables, cleaning plates, getting food and billing. That shows Pathetic work culture of employer.

We ordered Tikki Chat (the tikki was chewy and clearly reheated after taking it out of the freezer.. terrible taste)...
2nd item - Dahi Vada (the vada was soggy and just mixed into the dahi.. no vada shape.. again.. tasted terrible)
3rd item - Chole Bhature (this was ok.. hence the star for food)

I ordered a gobi manchuriyan for takeout and specifically asked to make sure its dry. What I received is gravy and it killed all the taste because of the gravy. Would not recommend gobi manchuriyan from here.

Had an amazing experience at kailash Parbat today. The food and service were both top notch. They customized the food to our liking as we are all swaminarayan and had immense options to choose from. The food was fresh and they use no food colouring. Also the interior was fresh and modern.

Take out order for soup and palak paneer today but it was disappointing and cheated experience. Some one suggested me for pure veg restaurant. Soup quantity was very less, salty and smell very bad. fried noodles is very old and oily. Palak paneer was tasteless and added so much green colour to make it green. Suggestion for everyone don’t go and order from this restaurant. They will cheat you in every manor. Sorry for the owner and management. Look out your quality guys what ur selling……

We visited this restaurant on a weekday for a birthday dinner, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations. The food was average at best, nothing particularly stood out. What made the experience worse was the slow service—our orders took quite some time to arrive despite being not busy that moment and the staff - only one at service-didn’t seem very welcoming. Overall, it wasn’t the kind of memorable experience we were hoping for, especially for a special occasion. We won’t be in a hurry to return.

I recently visited Kailash Parbat at Erin Mills, and while there were some positive aspects, a few things left much to be desired.
Ambiance and Interior:
The restaurant has a pleasant and visually appealing interior, but I found the furniture to be more about looks than comfort. The chairs and seating arrangements were stylish, but not practical or particularly comfortable for a longer dining experience. A bit of a letdown considering the effort put into the decor.
Service:
The service was one of the high points of the experience. Our server was excellent—attentive, friendly, and keen on ensuring we had everything we needed. She regularly checked in to see if we required anything and genuinely cared about getting feedback on the food and service. Her warm attitude added a personal touch to the meal, which I truly appreciated.
Food Ordered:
I tried the Paneer Tikka Lababdar, the Roti Platter, and the Malai Soya Chaap. Here’s my take on each dish:
Paneer Tikka Lababdar:
The gravy was easily the highlight of this dish—rich, flavorful, and packed with spices. However, the paneer itself was inconsistent. While some cubes were soft and enjoyable, others were quite hard and difficult to chew. This inconsistency made the dish less enjoyable overall, despite the delicious sauce.
Roti Platter:
The rotis in this platter were a pleasant surprise. They were soft, fresh, and easy to bite into, without feeling overly heavy or greasy. They paired well with the gravy dishes and didn’t weigh me down, which I appreciated.
Malai Soya Chaap:
This was, unfortunately, the biggest disappointment of the meal. Priced at $18, I expected a rich, creamy, and well-balanced dish. However, it was very dry, lacked the expected creaminess, and the portion size felt small for the price. The flavor was bland, and the dish didn’t live up to the restaurant’s reputation. Highly disappointing, especially for the price.
Overall Experience:
While the restaurant does have some redeeming qualities, particularly with its roti platter and gravy in the paneer dish, the inconsistent quality of the food and the lack of comfort in the seating make it difficult to fully recommend. The Malai Soya Chaap was a big letdown, and the portion sizes and quality did not justify the pricing. That being said, the excellent service from our server made the experience more enjoyable. If the issues with the food and seating were addressed, it could be a much better experience.
Would rate it 3 out of 5 stars for now.
