I ordered take out from the Vaughan location today and paid over $130 and was totally disappointed with the food. Dum biryani was left on the stove for too long. It was hard and we couldn't swallow the rice grains. We even tipped for a takeout order and did not receive good service. I live in downtown toronto and I was told by the manger to comeback to pick up a biryani. Owner must check for proper quality. Restaurants must refund their customers if they are not able to provide decent food. I had to order pizza for my kids as a result of failure from Karahi boys food quality and service. They failed to do the right thing by the customer. I hope my $130 helps your business sustain as you seem to need it more than I do.
We had our best desi food experience in this restaurant. Everything was amazing, family naan was served in a unique way and it was fresh, loveddddd the til wala naan, karahi was amazing, bbq platter was really yummy. @Asma thank you so much. Great service with Great food Definitely worth it. Plz open up in Dallas as well

Scarborough location is a jungle the servers busy chatting not attending to tables/customers food is too over priced small portions cook is not the same no good service very slow and very loud will not return or waste more money here
