Went to the other KFC just up the street first and they were horrible in customer service and did not want to give the deals that KFC was offering. Couldn't believe it! Immediately left and went here and this place was awesome.“

I'm almost becoming a regular here having to exercise by cycling 22 mins before picking up my order. Sometimes, I get there late but they are still super welcoming.

Food tastes great as well, I prefer the non-spicy chicken anyway. Definitely a recommend.“

She had a genuine smile, made sure my order was taken quickly and accurately, and even went the extra mile to ensure everything was fresh and just the way I like it. The food was hot, crispy, and full of flavor—exactly what KFC is known for—but her exceptional service made the experience stand out even more. In a fast-food setting, it’s rare to find someone who treats each customer like a valued guest, and Geetanjali absolutely did that. “Excellent establishment wrt food and service from staff. Food quality is much better than other KFCs I have been to in Toronto.

Atmosphere can do slightly better than other KFCs. Entry/exit doors do not have functional automatic door openers and I have on multiple occassions noticed elederly couples stuggling to get through (Yes, I did help them).“

“My daughter loves this location as the ladies that work there are always welcoming to us and the food is always served fresh. They know my daughter order and her favorite sauce. The service is efficient and very friendly. We love this place. My daughter would eat here everyday if she could.

But according to me it's good kfc at-least they providing fresh food
And If i talk about small pieces of chicken than it's not kfc's fault it's chicken providers who send chicken to kfc

Kfc don't cut chicken themselves they just bread-clean and prep.
