The chicken has a strong smell like machine oil or burnt electrical wiring. This did not happen with the wings or the popcorn chicken, so I believe it is specific to this item. I felt unsafe and scared to continue eating it, so I stopped after the first bite.
I also experienced the same smell at this same location on December 31, but I did not report it at that time because it was just two $5 wraps and it was take-out. Since this has happened again, I am very concerned about food safety.
Please assist with a refund or replacement.

I bought 4 piece chicken. According to the KFC web site they donated tge left over chicken. See the pictures and see what I was served. This chicken must be left over they recooked the chicken and served me. I paid for my meal and this is what I am served. Something need to be done about this. Never served chicken which are leftovers from previous night and cooked again snd served. I have to throw all out. Spoil my mood of eating KFC.

I haven’t been to KFC in such a long time because of Popeye’s, Jollibee and The fry. I visited this location as I noticed it was just renovated. I ordered a bucket of chicken and fries and I can say that the fries were really good. I loved the flavor and I guess I missed it☺️. Chicken was also good and microwaved left overs and were still good. I also used my coupon for discount. Over-all experience was awesome and will come back. Place was also clean but I think the front parking lot should be cleaned. Other than that, loved it.

Most incompetent people to ever work in a service industry. When you come here there is always someone complaining about an errors in regards to the food or you deal with employees who have no idea what's going on in terms of orders and just general lack of self awareness. Avoid this KFV at all costs.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. This used to be my go-to spot for over two years. The food was excellent, and I even met people who would drive 30+ minutes just to eat here.
But something has definitely changed. I don’t see the usual lady who used to work there anymore, and the two guys running the place now are terrible at customer service. They barely answer simple questions, and the one in the back always has an attitude.
On top of that, the quality has gone downhill. The chicken has been raw multiple times. I know not every day will be perfect, but I ordered the same thing three times over the past month and had to throw it out each time.
