I had a very disappointing experience at KFC Britannia & Creditview, Mississauga, Ontario. Before ordering, I clearly confirmed with the staff that I wanted all dark and spicy chicken. However, after placing the order through the app at around 8:30 pm, I was told it must be half and half, which was not acceptable as my kids do not eat that.

We waited over 30 minutes, our dinner plans were spoiled, and the overall mood of the family was ruined. The staff (Navita and Gursharan) behaved rudely and kept saying “it is what it is” and that we could cancel the order. We requested the manager multiple times, but she refused to come and speak with us.

This was the worst KFC experience we have ever had. We expect a proper solution and compensation for turning our happy family dinner into such a negative experience.

Went through the drive thru and my order was rushed. I asked for gravy with the fries (the whole point I went actually, I was craving the gravy) and at the window I asked again and made sure “you got the gravy, right?”. She said “yep” and shut the window. Sure enough I get home and there is no gravy. The woman at the window also didn’t speak other than saying “yep” to my question and was not friendly at all. I paid extra for the gravy that I didn’t receive which pmo even more. Food is fine but the service here is not good.

I placed an order for a 615 delivery to be handed to me at that time. Since I ordered in December and I didn't want my food left outside.. so this dumb restaurant decides to drop the food outside my door at 5:50 or so. That's when the messages started. The reason I placed an order for that time was we were watching a family movie and had my ringer off not to be disturbed. I did not know my order was 15 minutes early and left outside and when I found it it was cold. The steam front the fries dissolved the bag that it collapsed on top of my fries. The wet soggy/some what frozen paper was the perfect touch on top of my golden cold fries. Once I got my cold food inside I discovered my over priced mac salad ¾ full and the chicken tenders as small as my thumb. I ordered a large popcorn chicken and got a medium. Not to mention the famous fried chicken with its super tasty fried skin. Yeah well that was dripping, literally dripping with grease from the chicken. It was so soggy I left it in the box. Save your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. I will never again!

I visited the KFC at Britannia & Creditview and had a very disappointing experience. I would give this location one star based on the customer service alone.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered five chicken wings. I was told it would take about seven minutes, which was completely fine. When I pulled up to the window, the drive-thru employee (an Indian girl working at the window) spoke to me in an extremely rude and dismissive manner. She told me, “Come back in seven minutes.”

I explained that I couldn’t drive around again and that I would park and wait, and asked if they could bring the order out—something every fast-food restaurant does when food needs time. Instead of helping, she responded with attitude and said, “No. You want a refund, or you’re going to drive around?”

At that point I asked to speak with a manager.

A short Asian woman with glasses came to the window. She apologized and said the employee was “having a rough day” and that they were short-staffed. I explained that this still doesn’t justify speaking to customers in a disrespectful manner. The manager apologized again, but when I asked for the employee’s name, she refused to provide it. I then asked if I could contact head office with the host number and receipt. She replied, “Yeah, you can do whatever you want.”

This level of customer service is unacceptable. No customer should be spoken to like that, regardless of staffing issues or stress. I will not be returning to this location, and I will be contacting KFC head office with the details and my receipt.

We had a few bad experiences here. We came in. Ordered a meal. With popcorn chicken. Waited 15 mins. The chicken was dry and cold. The chicken pieces were also so small. They didn’t have any dipping sauces. When we asked for sauce, they said they didn’t have any. So we asked for spicy mayo. They said it will be 60 cents. We were upset because the could have given us the sauce as a courtesy instead of charging for it. There were no signs saying there is no sauces available. I would think twice before going there.

Honestly, this was a really disappointing experience. I asked the girl at the counter if the food was fresh, and she told me the spicy chicken was “so-so” and the regular one was fresh. I told her I wanted half regular and half spicy, but I made it super clear that I wanted everything to be fresh—I wasn’t going to eat anything that had been sitting around. She said “of course.”

Not even two minutes later, she called me to pick up the order. That alone made me suspicious. When I opened the box, the fries looked like they’d been out of the oil for at least half an hour—cold and soggy. Same with the chicken pops. The chicken itself was greasy, and the outer layer was literally separating from the meat because of how oily it was. It tasted like wet flour. No flavor, no crunch, just a mess.

I told her we ate half the food and threw the rest away because we were starving, but I wasn’t happy with what I ate at all. She insisted the food was fresh and basically acted like I was making it up—even though someone else was complaining at the same time.

Wouldn’t recommend. If you care about quality or freshness, this place isn’t it.

I will never order here again. Food was so bland. No flavor what so ever. The burger was alright, except really dry. They didn't put enough sauce. The fries were cold. There was supposed to be a sauce/dip with the dry chicken popcorn and they didn't give the sauce. So we didn't eat the popcorn chicken. When we phoned to let the staff know at this location (creditview), she did not even apologize or take any responsibility for making the food so fast and bland. She said come tomorrow, all we can do is give you a free burger. That is only what we can do for you. Her words. It was so disappointing. Also we came because we liked the picked food idea, nothing was picked but the burger and the drink, which they just give you pickle juice to put in the drink yourself. Very disappointed and would never go here again.

This place is run by bunch of people that never apologize and they dont know how to say sorry for the mistakes they make. Their training is not adequate for customer service and font line dealing with customers. I placed my order for a 4 peace, and paid for 2 white meat, which they charge extra for. When I got my 4 peace meal, they had only included 2 white meat. I got ripped off. As the manager told me in the 4 peace you get only one white meat. That said, I paid extra for 2 white meat, and I only got 2, which means they ripped me off for 1 peace. If the 4 peace comes with 1 white meat and I paid extra for 2, I should really be getting 3 white meat and 1 brown meat. DO NOT GO THER, THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO SERVE CUSTOMERS AND THIR VOCABULARY DOES NOT INCUDE SORRY. ITS TOO MUCH FOR THEM .
