I have been coming here for 10 years. One of the best shawarmas in the GTA! Very friendly staff and well priced meals.
They cheat their customers. I am surprised that if it is happening at a location that is run by the franchise owner, how are they managing their franchisees. They overcharged my son twice in less than a month. First time he didn't notice when tapping the credit card and realized later that he was overcharged approx $10 when he got home. The second time when he was tapping, he realized it there and asked them why they were charging more than what he was supposed to be charged. The staff replied that it was not your order, so you should not be tapping for this (in a really rude way). Why the hell did the counter staff put it in front of someone else to pay for someone else's order. They are definitely not doing good business practices. Be aware of quantity and the dollar amount on your bill if you don't want to get ripped. Their quantity and quality have deterioted a lot as well. I'm never going back to this location again.

Very bad, experience, and this is not the first time, the staff is very rude always. when I went to buy they show a box, and when they serve they give half of box and some time less than half a box. Very rude cheaters. How can you earn more, when you are cheating with Hungry people food !! They just need your money !!

first time i’ve ever seen this guy at this location he’s black wears glasses and nose ring was rude for literally no reason took my order in a extremely rude and condescending way he clearly didn’t want to be working there if you cant handle doing your job then find a different one
