This is for the owner. This place used to be very good but the quantity is getting less and the quality of food is going down day by day. The guy(manager) with glasses is very rude, like super rude. If you want to improve your customer service he has to go. You need to fire him or he'll ruin your business. He's even rude to his employees, INFRONT of the customers. Ask your employees.

I’ve been a customer at this location for YEARS! My friends, family, and I always go to this spot. The employees are nice, caring and always go the extra mile for me when it comes to the shawarmas. The service is amazing, the management is also just as amazing. I also used to be a vegetarian for three years and they always prepared my felafel as soon as they saw me. They treat vegetarian customers WAY better than other shawarmas spots I’ve been too. I couldn’t ask for a better shawarma spot, I hope they never leave this spot <3 (if you don’t go here often, you should change that) 10/10 would recommend.Vegetarian options: I was a vegetarian for 3 years and they always gave me extra falafel. Wallahi I came all the way from Brampton to Mississauga and wallah my children were so excited when I told them that I brought shawarma for them, they were over the moon.but when they tried it their mouths started burning. I got 3 large shawarmas for 50 dollars and 2 of them were mild and 1 of them were no spice. Every single on of them had spicy ness and it was way too spicy my children had to eat 2 ice cream bars and 2 glasses of milk. I mentioned that I bought 3 large shawarmas but it’s size was a medium SUCH A SCAM.There was a person with glasses he was Arab and he was so rude so rude so rude . Their customer service was the worst ever and the Shawarma was so so so bad.i asked the glasses person to double grill my shawarma his coworker was going to but the glasses one came out of nowhere. He just left whatever the glasses one was doing and just ran to the shawarmas and just put them in our bag and told us to leave DO NOT COME HERE GIVE ME REFUND

My family and i eat here quite often and its usually very good. Today we went around 1:15 and were very disappointed in the quality of the food. My boyfriend had a chicken shawarma wrap and took one bit and had a thin hard piece of bone stuck in his teeth. He was very turned off, he took one more bite and the same thing happened so he threw it out after just 2 bites. I got the chicken on the rocks with my son and the chicken was very dry, hard and stringy. The rice was overcooked aswell. My son is almost 2 and could barley eat the chicken. He kept spitting it out. Hope next time will be better, maybe we will just take a break for a bit.

I've always ordered the amazing shawarmas - this visit I decided it was time to try something new & I am very glad that I did. The manager (who knows my custom shawarma toppings order off by heart for many years) took the time to explain other top selling choices. I purchased the Friday special of 2 Lunchboxes. I chose 1 Lazeez on the sticks with salad & roasted potato & a Donair meat on sticks lunchbox, both mild. I was incredibly impressed by everything & the salad was very fresh and the dressing is fantastic. Looking forward to my next visit & trying some more menu items. Look no further, the staff, food & value are all exceptional. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up. I am a very big eater & I barely could finish both lunchboxes but it was just too good & I just couldn't stop.update: LARGER NEW MENU FEB. 2018. I tried Lazeez for the first time, I had the large beef donair and i was very happy with the taste, portion and take out service was quick, in and out in 10 minutes. I just returned today and tried a large chcken Shawarma and I got my girlfriend a small C.S. and we thoroughly enjoyed both.
