The bartenders (Luis and Liz) listened to my issues issues I was having with room and took the initiative to bring this to the mangers attention. The manager (Prine). Was very understanding and provided some compensation that was very generous.

Absolutely amazing experience here! Lui was our bartender/server, my sister and I spent about a week at the hotel. We would pop in dounstairs at the lounge whenever we felt like winding down. The atmosphere is so relaxing and calm, just the perfect spot for late night drinks or dinner or even just a little bedtime snack. But the best part was the service, Lui was extremely personable and very accomodating to whatever vibe we were going for each time. If you dont know what kind...

Stayed two nights at the Sandman hotel. Both nights we just hung out at Lobby The Lounge Bar where we were served by Louis and Liz. They both were amazing and it made our nights more enjoyable. Will come back.
