Tadka Marun Mississauga Reviews
A friend and I had lunch here yesterday. We ordered the Kolhapuri Mutton Thali and a Malvani Chicken Thali. We were very pleased with the meals we were served. Each item on both the Thalis had a unique taste very reminiscent of what the food would taste like back home, the Mutton, Chicken,Tambda, Paandhra, Vade, Bhakri was very much on point. They are limited on room for people who want to dine in, but would highly recommend this place. Ekda nakkich bhet dya. Namskar.
Zanzanit Malvani chicken and Goan crab curry was soooo tasty and sweating spicy for perfect chilly Feb. Will definitely order again from this Kokan native.
For all Maharashtrian, Goan, Malvani food lovers and those interested in trying, in the GTA, this is the place. Ordered food from here today and it was excellent. Great taste, very well priced.
will definitely go back
Home run!

Tadka Marun Mississauga is a restaurant that offers authentic Maharashtrian flavors, with food that takes guests straight back to Mumbai. The dishes are described as tasting like home-cooked food, fresh, comforting, and full of flavour. Specific meals mentioned include Kolhapuri Chicken Thali, Vadapav, Sol Kadhi, Malvani mutton curry, misal pav, fish fry, pomfret thali, and chicken kolhapuri with Bhakri. The food is noted as delicious and spicy, with some reviews saying the spice level is spot on, while others suggest it can be a bit too spicy. The staff are incredibly friendly, fast, and polite, and happy to adjust the spice level if asked. The restaurant functions more as a take out restaurant, with limited seating for around 12 to 14 people. A downside mentioned is that the order waiting time can exceed 30-45 minutes. Overall, it is considered one of the best Maharashtrian spots and a hidden place for Maharashtrian cuisine, highly recommended for its authentic taste.
